“I was on my way back home from MI when my car charger stopped working. I stopped at this Shells to buy a new charger. Later found out it’s not a cord issue. Chris was working the counter and I was very impressed. He provided me with great customer service along with everyone else that walked in. He was personable and while I felt I was in the middle of no where Chris created a safe environment while I charged my phone for about 45-60 minutes. Chris, if you get to see this buddy, you have a new friend in Illinois. AND if the thought of moving ever crosses your mind come see me! I have a job for you.”

“I stopped at this gas station and convenience store yesterday and was very impressed with an employee named Carla. It was a busy bustling morning with a few people in line and more shopping for breakfast and coffee. Carla was tending the two cash registers single handedly and you wouldn't know it as she worked them at lightning speed and the lines flowed smoothly. Carla deserves double pay for yesterday morning. Great job, Girl!”
