“Hit a deer and smashed front passenger side. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to do anything with that. Gave me a FREE loaner vehicle while they had mine in the shop. Then when I picked up my vehicle I was thrilled to find out they gave it a complimentary professional grade detail cleaning inside and out. They even got out stains from four years ago in the interior. Not even a month later I had a mechanical issue on the side of the road so I called them, they towed it in and fixed it in a timely manner and my tow only cost around 100 bucks. I had a small concern with my door after the body shop portion of my experience and called them and they said "bring it in" and addressed the issue at no additional charge while reminding me that they always stand behind their work.
