We had been searching for a company to lay a concrete pad for our hot tub for a few months. The quotes we received were really high and we questioned whether we would be able to complete our project. We called Pro Grade and they were so responsive! They answered the phone whenever we called and showed up when they said they would. They were not only helpful and professional but their price was significantly lower than the others. Thank you, Pro Grade, for our beautiful concrete pad and for getting us closer to completing our project!

Wouldn't know. They utilize an answering service that they don't monitor. No call back after several tries.

I did not use prograde concrete for a job. I did however have a shipment to pick up from the owner who was an awesome guy, super nice and very helpful in loading or riding trowel machine onto an enclosed trailer for me. Again super helpful and super nice guy I would do business with him just based on that.
