“Whet in the store to buy a seat for my Husqvarna zero turn. When to the SERVICE CENTER. ask if they had any in the store.. No you have to order online. I asked, should I order it from Husqvarna or from Family Farm and Home.. I have a line of credit with Family FH and would like to order it for them.Didn't get a straight answer right away.....order from Husqvarna .. I again asked why I couldn't order it from FFH I have a line of credit here.Answer, was well it's not easy.. I looked up at the sign that says customer service and said well I thought I was in the customer service area..Then I said never mind I'll look it up myself.As I began to walk away he waved me off, like I was the problem... I told him I was a customer looking for help, but because it requires extra time you didn't want to help me. Don't wave me OffSo please remove your CUSTOMER SERVICE SIGN.this is exactly why brick and mortar stores are closing down.. I have a $8000.00 line of credit that I won't be using...
