I was in desperate need of a used car and Jeff at YBS new it because he was trying to sell my Fusion and was having no luck selling it for over 2 months. I finally sold it through another agent and had $8000 to buy a car.Jeff sold me a 2003 Chevy Silverado that he told us he was driving to work for $5500.For the next few days, after every drive, there was a bad burning smell. I took it for an oil change and was told the burning smell was from having NO TRANSMISSION FLUID. Also, NO COOLANT. The oil dipstick was no longer attached to anything so no way to check oil level. Every tire was at least 20 psi low. Windshield wipers had dry rot. There is an oil leak, a transmission leak and a coolant leak.I take some responsibility for knowing nothing about cars but Do Not buy a vehicle from Yono. YBS ripped me off and took advantage because my need was apparent. Zero stars.

I had a fantastic experience as a potential internet customer working with Jeff. He was very responsive and professional! Over the course of a week he sent additional photos, spoke several times with the owner (the car was on consignment) and even drove to the owners home to take photos of a the car's removable hard top. I highly recommend checking out his dealership whether you're in person or online.

Although I didn’t end up making the purchase .....they deserve a 5 star for customer service and providing accurate timely follow up. When you are trying to buy a vehicle from the other side of state this is a great value to the customer... If you are in the market .... give them an opportunity to help.
