Postal person won't stop giving us all the mail for our neighbors two units down. Getting real tired of getting their mail because the postal person can't bother to check unit numbers.

July 5, 2024 mailed the payment priority mail down in Memphis Tennessee as of today they still have not received it! Now thanks to the post office. I’m gonna be charged the late fee. I’ve called them complaint to higher levels and my issue is still not been resolved.

It's a post office. It's not therapy. It's not a doctors office. It's a place to mail letters and packages. Sometimes things break, like scales and stamp machines. People break things, no surprise. Later, they get fixed. Again, it is a post office and I mail things and get receipts and the system is still working. Is everyone friendly all the time? You can answer that yourself. Control your reaction and move on through your day. Reading the reviews SMH.

The elderly lady who works there is always rude and thinks she knows everything. She needs to be educated on Proity mail packages. She always insisted its wrong. But can not explain why. She should either work in back and not help customers or consider a job elsewhere.

I have had a PO Box at this location for 2 years now. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they go above and beyond to ensure I have ready access to my packages, other times they will mark it "Delivered to PO Box" and it is still not delivered. The link to Informed delivery, doesn't work for me since I use the physical address rather than the PO box.Currently, there is construction in Farmington Road, making it harder than usual to get in an out of this particular post office.I recommend using a different location for your PO Box, or other mail since it's really hard to get in and out of this location simply do to the logistics of it being in a mini-shopping center.

Apparently they don't check the mailboxes behind their building to send out. Completely full. Now my rent is late even though I mailed it way in advance. Now I have to pay an additional fee because someone didn't want to do their job.
