I see in online they have a passport renewal and new passport walking 12 PM to 1 PM but when I come like 1230 they say they cannot take no more walking because they’re employee gets shot. I don’t know what is this you know I drive like long way, so yeah, don’t come over here and don’t listen like online information from about them. Bad customer service forever.

I was in today, first time at this post office and it was extremely packed and busy. There were 2 females and 2 males behind the counter. Now I understand high stress when it comes to high impact because I work in a high impact high stress career but the two ladies did not seem to handle that well. They were quite frank and rude with most of the customers. The two men held the best Character and composure. That was Glen and I believe his name was Josh or Juss. Josh/ Juss had the best charater. He was super friendly, smiling, great humor, eager, and apologetic. He definitely was rolling with the ?s. I do commend them all today because it was extremely busy but my suggestion to the ladies is to have some humor. It will make things go a lot more well by the end of the day. I waited for nearly an hour, patiently and quietly. If it had not been for Josh/juss's presence and charm behind the counter that put us all at ease, I probably would have left. I hope you all have a great day and get your breaks in.

There is an extremely rude lady working here. The customer in front of me was asking her questions about insurance prices for his packages and she blew up on him and started catching an attitude. (You know who you are smh). After he left she started laughing with another worker about how he was “retarded” and “slow”. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS PLACE! It cost absolutely nothing to treat people with kindness and respect. Shame on these people.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I just had one of the worst customer service experience ever at this location.I usually go to the USPS on novi road and have an amazing experience so I was disappointed my first time trying this 12 mile location which is closer to me.I approached the counter and asked the postal worker if she could check that my label had adequate postage to ship my box. She told me with a very annoyed look and voice that if the postage was incorrect, they could do nothing about it and I would have to take the package home and get a new label.This was confusing to me because the Novi location has been happy to adjust the postage for me and have me pay the difference.Anyways, the package had the correct amount of postage but the whole time in my interactions, the postal worker (who matches the one described in the review by Audrey Oraha) was very dismissive and annoyed of my questions.Hey look, I'm just a regular customer trying to get an errand done and I had a chill, approachable tone so I'm not sure why I was treated like I was trash.I finally asked the name of the postal worker so that I could fill out those USPS surveys and she responds, "Why do you need my name?"...""Honey, I'm not telling you my name."I left feeling so disrespected for literally no reason. Also, what made it even worse, was the other TWO postal workers who overheard the whole interaction, did nothing to step-in and say "maybe I'll take care of this transaction instead" or "hey maybe you can talk to customers with more respect". I hope that whoever runs this postal office can really emphasize to treat all people with a positive, and helpful attitude. You never know what someone you interact with might be going through and it's always better in the long run to treat people with positivity.

I went here today to get my daughter's passport. We had an appointment at 2:15 and we were out the door by 2:35. I was super impressed! The employee that helped us was BUSY - helping us and another person who was also there for a passport and several other customers just coming in to mail packages.I noticed several negative reviews of people complaining about the employees being rude when they came in to get their passports and my suggestion would be to make sure you read everything you need to do BEFORE you go.You have to pay by check, bring all the required documentation and it's also suggested you complete and print the application BEFORE you get there. When you do the things they suggest, it's a smooth process.Also, I am sure the employees there deal with a lot of grumpy people. Try giving them the benefit of the doubt and be respectful.

Terrible service. Only one person at the service area. I came to collect my mail they were collecting for for me for the last two weeks while I was out of town for the Holiday. It was suppose to be delivered to the house the day after I returned. It was NOT delivered. I asked the postal worker if she could find my mail (no apology for the mix-up or my inconvenience). She went and looked in the back and said it was not there. She did not know where it has. I asked her to check and see if it could be on a mail truck for delivery today. She said she could not do that. I said, "Who can check for me?" She said, "No one. They are all busy getting todays mail out." I said, "How do I get my mail?"She said, "You can fill out a complaint form." She handed me the form....and walked away.

horrible place. Was rude from the moment we came in. This girl had an attitude towards my family and I and let another person fill out their passport application paper but wouldn’t let my family and I. This was a horrible experience and I would never come back again. This girl had dark brunette hair with three different hair colors and had braces and was black. She was extremely rude and will never be going back. The mangers need to check their workers and need to fire this girl ASAP. If there are people like that in that office I will never be going back. They need to rehabilitate that whole office. I was very disappointed and hope people will not be going to this place because everyone is very rude there.

Theu all have attitudes and are very incompetent in regards to my packages being sent out or on hold and they can never find them even when they say to come and pick up your package from the Post office.

Look at the photo, I have mailed 2pcs of mail, one of them is priority mail, the other one is stamped to the same country, and some addresses within the same city. Address format, and everything the same, but the stamped letter had been returned to my mailbox, and when I went to the office and asked the fake blonde lady she started to raise her voice by saying how they're going to know where it's going since the address is not written in English. Could someone explain to me how I can translate foreigner street addresses to English for you? And if you pay attention to the country name that's on the USPS receipt that belongs to the other mail piece exactly same what I have written on the returned mail piece All you need to read is the country name to sort out since USPS has a partner carrier in each of the countries to deliver to destination, but obviously you and your coworkers in this office are ignorant, and don't have enough knowledge about the job that you're doing for living. Such a shame. A little bit of integrity would drive this office supervisor crazy after reading this, but it's unfortunate they won't care.

The worst employees, I have filed multiple missing packages and mail incidents and the problem still continues. I was waiting for a package that was delayed for 2 weeks, states it was in mailbox- but of course wasn’t. I saw the mail truck by leasing office, and I was trying to ask her if she was our mail lady and before I could even say a word she yelled at me. Literally yelling just for trying to ask if she was our mail lady, wasn’t being rude to her or anything Along those lines.Took her truck number to contact headquarters because their was no reason for her violent behavior.

Worst place I have ever been to,I can’t remember her name, she was doing the passport window. Rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She was so prejudice. I made one error on filling out my forms and she walks away and wouldn’t take us. The older man that works there took over and as so kind.

wait times are ridiculous. One cashier during rush hour.People screaming in the mailroom like they are having a party in the back. We are writing a complaint letter to the higher ups.
