“These guys were great. My daughters car got stuck in flash flood in Canton and I couldn't get a tow response from my insurance, so called around. Everyone else was gauging people during the flooding situation, but not these guys. They were friendly, kind, and prompt. Plus charged me half the others were asking. Was very reasonable and professional. They actually cared about my daughters situation and worked us into their schedule within the hour. Only place I'll ever use.”

“I'm a car guy, and I've worked on cars since i was a little kid. 99% of the time, if something goes wrong, I will just fix it myself. However, if for whatever reason I can't fix it myself or don;t have the time to, this is the ONLY shop I will bring my car to.
Nowadays it seems like every mechanic shop is out to scam you. I've gone to about 10 other shops in the past 20 years for repairs, and every single one of them besides Darby's has tried to scam me at least once, by claiming my car needed repairs it doesn't need. This is the only shop I trust to fix my car, and not try to make any extra money off me.
I see some complaints about them being "rude", but in my opinion people are mistaking honesty for rudeness. I mean, someone is really complaining because he told them up front he won't have time to look at their car for a whole week? Would the person rather he lie, and then just keep their car for the week anyway?
Also, someone in these reviews complained because he said he wasn't sure if he would be able to fix a problem. Is that bad? Would you rather he lie and take your money, but fix nothing?”

“My husbands corvette broke down today and the company our roadside assistance sent out damaged the car and ended up not being able to tow it. We called Hadley’s (like we should have done from the start) and they came out super quick, with the correct equipment, and got the car home in no time. “Honestly, I only stopped at this station because I needed gas. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. It was modern-like new construction, updated with high-end neon signs, clean, organized, and super friendly family-like staff. It is very apparent they take pride in their business. I make it my practice to only buy gas at the same station. I left there feeling like family. So now I have 2 gas stations. I really like this place. Thanks guys.”
