My favorite store to shop and look around. Always neat and most of the staff is nice.There is an older lady that has been working there for a while, mainly in beauty dept with curly short light brown/blonde hair and glasses who is extremely rude and always has an attitude. On several occasions, I’ve had her follow me and has been vocal about customers getting in her way while I was browsing, and not even touching any product. Finally, I confronted her about her comment and asked if I was bothering her. She did not even apologize and instead deflected that she was just venting that customers are messing up her section. Lady, if you are unhappy with your place of employment or what you do, please do not take it out on customers who are helping keeping the business open and you employed. Nonetheless, I chose to rate 4 stars for the shopping experience (minus 1 for rude beauty dept employee) and I will still continue to shop because I enjoy the variety of items they have and good prices.

She used to follow people and watch them as they touch stuff lol very weird behavior

Love the Farmington/Grand River location. Rena keeps things so neat and lovely to look at. She has helped me a few times. Clearly she takes a lot of pride in her work. I was sad when my 5mile/Merriman location closed and moved. However, I’m loving my shopping experience at the Grand River store. It always looks so nice!

Recently visited this T. J. Maxx location. The store was neat and clean. I was looking for an outfit at the last minute. I did find what I was looking for. I will visit this location again.

Used to be my favorite neighborhood spot until lately…. Dogs have totally invaded the what used to be a great place for shopping! The employees are wonderful; however, dogs should NOT be sniffing throughout the store where there’s food and clothing!!!! Everyone does not want your animal sniffing them or the food they make be considering for purchase!!! Some may even have a fear of dogs…. Bottom line, they should NOT be in the store unless they’re service animals!!!!

I enjoyed my visit out with my friend yesterday as a girl's day out for shopping and food afterwards. I purchased this Steve Madden travel bag. It's a nice size bag for $60. The store was neat compared to other locations that I have been to in the past. It was busy at checkout but they did open an extra cash register for faster check out. I will be back again soon

I've been coming to this location for a long time and normally have a good experience. However, the reason for this review is to spread awareness to the company to the older African American lady with short hair that was working near the makeup/shampoo area. It is obvious you have an issue with people that are foreign. I was looking at the makeup and heard her sighing and mumbling behind me, then she reached over when i put something back and asked if i was going to buy it because it was in the wrong spot...which had nothing to do with me because I had put it back where I originally picked it up from. I heard her ask another customer if they spoke english...Just hoping that this location will not let this behavior from this associate continue.

A quick shopping trip is always a good idea, especially when you're supposed to be somewhere else!I stopped by the Grand River location and found a few goodies!LONDON, the cashier is absolutely adorable. Her friendly yet professional demeanor was refreshingShe greeted me with a huge smile as I approached her register. She engaged in light conversation while keeping her line moving.Good job, Miss London. Keep up the good work! ? ? ?
