I have been a customer for about 20 years. Dennis and DJ were the guys running the place when I began. They were fantastic! That Tom, OMG, he was awful, he didn't even speak in the morning. Paula is GREAT. But, if you can't keep a guy like BRAD, and give him what he wants and needs to run that place, you are FAILING. You can dress up the outside of your building all you want, but I've been loyal long enough...where Brad goes...I go. He is a fine young man who treated me like he'd treat his mother. Senior women get the "short end of the stick" when it comes to car repair. I'd rather be loyal to a person, than be loyal to a place that can't keep it's word to a Manager like Brad. Something is making him leave, someone else has drawn him away, I've been in the workforce as a PS Teacher, I've seen Administrators come and go, good ones and bad ones, but it all goes back to how they are being treated by THEIR bosses. So long, Kirk's Auto!

I had my differential (and struts and bearings) replaced last week. That was a lot of work! Kirk's did an excellent job, my vehicle is running great now, I'm very pleased! Thanks Brad, Paula, and the mechanics, much appreciated!

I drove ~10 minutes further to get some trailer tires installed at Kirk's rather than the nationwide chain right down the street. The price they quoted over the phone was very reasonable, and I prefer to support local where possible.
Brad was super nice, and they were able to install the 3 tires I brought on the spot. The big surprise came when he helped me load up and said we're good...they did it at NO CHARGE. I'm so used to the typical experience of being hit with surprise fees etc. that I'm still a bit in shock.
I don't often write reviews, but these guys are the real deal. I'll be visiting them next time I need something done. It's awesome to have easy access to honest locally owned shops like Kirk's.

Now this place does good work and I need a starter put on my car anytime me $500 no way for starter for a car this 26 years old always browse around people You never settle for the first price checked out the next place for the same work they priced me at $280

Had my first service experience with Kirk’s and everything went very well. Very professional and friendly and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need.going back soon with my other vehicle. Great Place!! Update! Another great visit to Kirk’s. I like how they send an email with service suggestions for the future. No high pressure sales pitch, this is a great place to get all my repairs done!

Kirk Auto has great customer service. My daughter had to get four tires and they were able to check other things wrong with the car and give us estimates to allow us time to do each section of the car to bring it up to code. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely keep them in my contacts for future auto services. Thanks Kirk for your honesty and integrity.

Unsure of this place. They've been nice in past 2 experiences. But they also told us our Saturn Aura was not drivable, so we left it with them. Weeks later, we see it trundling down the road only to park at the business next to our house--every.day. So they sold it to someone else? After telling us it was a lost cause? And we know it's ours because the AMA sticker is still on the back bumper. I just don't feel good about this place anymore. I hope the person who ended up buying it isn't in a ticking time bomb. Sheesh.
Updated: 2 stars to 1 --their response to this review is just as shady. You don't have new management. You're frauds. Simple as that.

I've taken 2 vehicles here for different problems. Everyone is nice, they lay out the quotes for you, and email them. And they do good work, and stand by it.

Brad & Paula are fantastic! They are so flexible and customer service focused. Brad is honest, explains things very thoroughly, and understands priority maintenance scheduling from a customers perspective. I highly recommend this shop!

Very friendly and fast repair service. The diagnostic fee is applied to the final bill if they complete the repair, which was the reason I went ahead with repair. They sent pictures of the broken wire harness during the diagnosis. Highly recommend Kirk's!
