“I came here to pick up a laptop that I was not at home to sign for. I know that it was a crapshoot at best, and after presenting my door tag the lady at the front desk said that she should try to find my package but offered no guarantees. In a few minutes, she returned with my package and informed me that it was my lucky day! I was in and out in just a few minutes, and my two year old thought the little customer area was interesting. All in all a good trip to a FedEx warehouse.”
“Open 7-days a week. I mostly use the self service kiosk for prepaid packages. Sometimes the receipt printer doesn't work after 5 pm during the week. Ground pickup M-F is at 5 pm. Express pickup M-F is at 6 pm and 2 pm on Saturday. It's usually two employees at the front counter if you need assistance. Limited amount of parking around the building.”
