Seamless process & good experience in the past, as I've only brought my vehicle in for oil changes & tire rotations.Recently, I had to bring my vehicle in for service 3 times for the same issue "the sound of air blowing inside the vehicle". After several "problem not found" reports, the correct technician finally was able to diagnose the issue. Grateful the Service Associate advocated on my behalf by pushing the issue & technicians. Also pleased the Manager supported the Service Associate. The price for repair seemed excessive, so I will have to consult GM Customer Service as a next step.

I’m extremely unhappy about the credit card service fee and will likely not be returning to the dealership for service. Adding an additional $40 fee to my bill of 200$ an hour labor cost plus parts is nuts!!!!!

Just got a new Buick with the help of Fox Buick GMC! Specifically, Hancess (Sales) & Judy (Finance)! They were really patient and informative. I had a unique finance situation and needed a new vehicle quickly. They kept the communication open throughout the entire process. The final steps were especially smooth so I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Thanks Fox Buick GMC!

DJ was awesome! He diagnosed my issue, and gave me a reasonable estimate of the repair cost. The car was ready in the timeframe he quoted and the cost was a bit below estimate.Great experience.

The level of communication and customer service provided by the new cars manager at this location is absolutely appalling. Diana lacks all the necessary skills and qualities for this role, and I am genuinely shocked that she has been placed in such a position.
