This was my first time at a GMC dealership and it will not be my last.
Thank you to Amy my sales person, Scott her partner, Phillip and the whole staff at Fox GMC. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my wife and I, (without typical sales pressure) from Product Specialist Brendan Beim to Business Manager Helen Herrington, Sales Manager Diana Livernois and Customer Care Manager Artie Bryan. Brendan was able to find and acquire the exact specific vehicle we wanted from a dealer up north. Extra kudos for completing the deal during a local electrical blackout that lasted several days.

My experience with salesman Pat Lachowicz was more than a 5 star rating. I had special requests to be able to lease again and he came through with flying colors. He’s professional and friendly. He was so patient with me and the dealer worked with me without being pushy. This is my second lease with Pat and I’ll be calling him again. I love the Buick Encore he picked out for me.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and anything else that might come up in an inspection. Making the appointment was easy. I was met promptly on arrival. I waited for my car in the customer lounge. The inspection showed that I needed new rear brakes. They were installed in the estimated time. I only have minor issues, and they deal with the lounge. The coffee from the machine is not particularly good. I also miss the small cafe where I could get a doughnut or muffin while I waited.

Sarahi was extremely great and professional to work with. She is kind and really explained everything in full and kept me updated every step of the way in the process. Fox Buick is very lucky to have such a great employee working for them, she is a great asset to your team. Maybe the worst dealership in the country. Not surprised after finding out the company is owned by the Amway family with pyramid scheme lawsuits. One scheme to the next. Had an oil change - the oil. After driving 25 miles and noticing smoke coming out the back and the car stalling I had to call the service manager to come pick up my car which was ignored. Zero oil! They picked it up in a parking lot and the next day I was told they put oil in it and it was fine. Really? I asked "did you check it?" I was told it's fine to run a car with no oil. I said I wanted what happened put into my notes of the vehicle so im not stuck paying 1000s in repairs. I asked a friend of mine to check the info after and NOTHING was put in the computer. I also had some recent body work there and the color was so thin I could see almost through it. I asked a friend at a shop and he said that was the orginal E coat we could see and they only used half the amount of paint on the car. They charged my insurance full price and skipped on materials. Hands down worst place ever. Plus as a woman I was talked to like an idiot and given a high monthly payment and when my husband went in they dropped the payment almost $83 a month! Trying to take advantage of women! This place is the worst!

I was on the fence about buying another GM product due to a service issue until I meet Phil Harlterman. Phil spent time with me during a number of meetings and through his deligence, leg work, and customer oriented approach, kept me in the GM family. After searching for vehicle for me he turned me over to Bob Schonebeck who continued the level of service. Fox was previously Sellers who I have bought every car I’ve ever owned from and with Phil and Bob’s efforts will continue to be a loyal customer.
Also want to compliment Steven in service who has been really great.

Tom & Helen are great, engaging, fun individuals that generally want to help you get into a Buick or GMC car. Helen handles the finances (she is very well versed in the details) while Tom is very helpful again looking for ways to get you into a car you will be happy with! We decided on the Envista. Every morning that I get into it I still can't believe how nice of a car it is!!
