Stopped here to buy my wife some just because flowers. Service was amazing and arrangement was custom made. I was asked how much I wanted to spend along with what kind of flowers I was looking for and they made it happen. I don't know flowers very well so I was only able to speak to 2 specific flowers I wanted and asked them to choose the rest. I was very happy with my experience and the arrangement they put together for me. My wife loved them plus it's been a week and the flowers still look amazing!!

The florist called to double check I had the address correct. He even looked up the obituary to confirm they were delivering to the right recipient. I appreciate taking the extra step to ensure of smooth delivery process. The flowers were also absolutely beautiful!! Thank you!! I would recommend!

I live in CA & ordered flowers online from here for delivery to a friend in MI. I did not realize they wouldn’t be home when the flowers were delivered. However, I called Schroeters & they went back & picked up the flowers so they wouldn’t die out in the cold. And then they re-delivered them once my friend was back in town later that week. Highly recommend, amazing customer service, and she loved the flowers! Thank you!

I went into this shop last week on my wedding day. It was morning and I had planned to get whatever flowers they had on hand to make a bouquet. It was a last minute thing and I did not want to be a pest. I figured if they didn't have anything, I would go elsewhere.The lady in the store was very kind about it, but she never told me her name or either I forgot it. She asked my favorite color and I let her know it was purple. She informed me that they might get some beautiful flowers in before 3pm (wedding was at 3:30pm). I was really excited and waited for their call.At around 2:45pm, I heard nothing from them. I called to see what was going on and this other rude lady answered. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and that no one else in the store knew what I was talking about! I told her that it was ok and to have a nice day. It was VERY annoying to me. I could have just gone somewhere else.To add to my frustration, after I was enjoying a lovely time with my family after getting married....they called me and left a voicemail telling me my bouquet was ready at almost 5pm. Seriously? I thought no one knew what I was talking about?!I am giving two stars because the woman I spoke to initially was SO kind to me, but I am not sure what happened with communication on that one with the other employees. If it wasn't for her, this would be one star.I get that I was very last minute coming in that morning, but I would have taken the flowers they had on hand if I wasn't told that I could have the perfect flowers by 3pm.
