Ordered flowers from our business to deliver to a business today. The person who was intended to receive the flowers works remotely and wasn't in the office today but is going to be there next week. We didn't know that. Without any hesitation, they offered to deliver a fresh bouquet to the recipient when they are in next week. That's exceptional service in my mind. If they are willing to do this now, I don't even have to wait for the flowers to be delivered next week, I know it's going to be great.
