The nail service itself and environment is always great HOWEVER, there is a new male technician that proceeded to ask if I was single or married, do I cook, have a boyfriend,I must be single because I don't have a ring ?, and so on,asked if I liked dancing and karaoke insinuating we could go out,etc. I was hoping he'd get the hint at my tense smile and when I started a conversation with the woman next to me but no such luck. I was a little stunned by the behavior. Needless to say this made for an extremely uncomfortable two hours.

Worst nail tech ever , don’t go I went yesterday I showed him a picture of what I want which was simple white he said ok , he did everything but not what I said and when I told him they re bumpy he kept saying no good good to the point that I didn’t care and went home .

First time coming, I was with the younger of the two guys and he was amazing! Wish I would’ve asked for his name so that I can schedule with him next time! Only place I’ll go to from now on. The energy was very welcoming.

After of coming here, I will NEVER come back! My last encounter was so rude and unprofessional! I made an appointment for 12. I get that appointments run behind. However, the way I was shuffled around was rude and disrespectful! First I’m told Allen (I think that’s his name) is going to do my nails. He goes to speak to the person up front and says that Anna does my nails. This is true, however I’m ok with her not doing my nails if the appointment was WITH HIM! He then goes speak to Anna in their native language. The lady at the front desk tells me to go sit in his chair. I’m thinking everything is cleared up. NO! He tells me to sit in ANOTHER chair. This is when I lost it! I asked WHO is doing my nails?! Anna said I am! I said you’re not available, and he is!! The lady at the front desk half way explained that he keeps his own appointments. Huh?! So how are you telling me he’s available if you don’t truly know?! Don’t shuffle me around! I’m NEVER coming back. This place has and is going down hill!UPDATE: I’ve tried to return as a customer since there is new ownership. HOWEVER, my 1 star must remain. I took my daughter to get her nails done on 11/30. I made an appointment for the next day for 11:45. I get there and wait. At 12:08, I asked what time will I get nails done. I was told by the manager/owner (who I didn’t know was the manager/owner at the time) 12:30. Now, if I made an appointment for 11:45, should I expect to wait almost an hour to be serviced?! 15 minutes, maybe. But not 45-an hour. So I said that’s almost an hour. He said it’s Friday and we are busy. Yeah, I get that. But that’s almost an hour. He then asked why did I leave them a 1 star review and come back. I said I did not leave YOU a 1 star review, I left the previous owners a 1 star review. That has nothing to do with you and the review was detailed as to why I left it. I had already decided to leave at this point, because I didn’t have time to wait. I called to speak to the owner, because I didn’t know I was speaking to the owner while I was there. He answered and said he was the owner and the manager. I asked him why was he asking me about a review that didn’t concern him. He said, because it impacts his business. I explained to him AGAIN and that the review had NOTHING to do with him as he was not the owner at the time. I also explained to him that this could have been a conversation and a better experience, but he just gave me 1 star service once again. He said fine leave the 1 star.The bottom line is that this place, regardless of owner finds it ok to be RUDE to BLACK WOMEN, when they question their poor business practices!!!

I went here after having multiple salons not be able to give me what I want and Nails by Pro gave me exactly what I want and I think they look great!

Quinn has done my nails a few times, and it's actually the reason I won't be coming back. His sets dont last. They start to lift after the first week. Also, there is no one working their front desk, so they'll take your appointment to get you in there but won't honor it.

Mia is amazing!! She is so very talented and artistic, she always does a wonderful job on any design I ask her to do. Mia is also extremely friendly, personable, and she also makes me laugh! I moved to Farmington Hills in the summer and I was recommended over to Nails By Pro and I can confidently say that this will be the only nail salon I go to from here on out! I have also done my nails done by Q and Ava and all of the nail techs our wonderful!I used to go to a place Downriver before I moved here and I’d get lucky if I even got a “hello” from any of the staff when I walked it. I don’t think some places realize what a difference it makes to be greeted by a friendly staff.Thank you, Mia, for my beautiful nail set and for being so wonderful!Services: Nail art
