I fell in Whitmore lake with my phone in my pocket and had to get another or switch back to my old one. The salesman at Metro was very helpful and patience. Definitely will be back when I need a new phone

My brother and I went to this location on a Wednesday at 10:30 am. The hours posted said they open at 10:00. It was closed. Door was locked and nobody there. We waited for a bit and nobody showed up.So needless to say we had to go find another Metro location that was open. I would suggest calling first before driving over there if you plan to patronize this location.

I came in to get a new # & keep my old line for a month. My man Moe was able to provide me with many options on how I'm able to keep my old phone as well as keeping my # "if I wanted to". The man is a WIZ that's all I gotta say. Super helpful. Customer service satisfaction guaranteed. I understand I can be a little misunderstood sometimes so I am grateful for his patience with me & being supportive. Moe for Mayor ? that would make for great merch. No? Lol

Went in to inquire about switching companies, didn't get the name of the guy that helped me but he was great. I had a million questions about switching seeing that I have been with Verizon for 7 yrs but he helped make things easier. Very professional , and helpful. Would recommend this place.

I came in to get a new phone on my break. And Moe, Hands down was amazing. He was genuinely on top when it came to me having a question. And just an awesome experience. Definitely will be back.

Have never been to this location before today, but will be coming back here in the future for all of my phone needs. Moe went above and beyond to make sure I left with a new phone I was happy with and took extra time to ensure I was making the right choice. If I could give 10 stars I would.
