Blake accused me of doing fraud. One of my ssnumber was wrong. And he told me that he was suppose to turn me in. And now he need to see my sscard .then he went on and told me that his girlfriend credit card was stolen. And a gave him a die person ssnumber. I told him what my ssnumber is. And he said this time he would let it go. So is this action because I’m black make it make sense. He didn’t stop there Then he did a KAREN on me. I like to know why I was lie to about the car I order. Why? is it because I’m old or is it because I’m old and black. Yet I order a car and was lied about it that it was in. And then a the last min. Told they run out of part so the couldn’t made what I wanted. Then they lied about the birth of the car. Why me? If you didn’t want to do the order that’s all they had to said.so I want to thank you all for making my birthday f-up. Why lie so many lies. Make it make sense. You should have more respect for older people and not play them for stupid.

Great service great service manager prompt efficient and they don’t push extra jobs down your throat only recommends extra services at the time. Plus I hear they offer free pick up and return service of your car from your home !

Our salesperson, Pam, was very knowledgeable, did a great job of understanding our needs, and found us the perfect car!She was also helpful in explaining all of the features and walking us through working with Service to maintain the vehicle.Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely buy from again!

Recently returned a CX-5 and was charged $318 even though I specifically asked at beginning of lease if there were any other fees in addition to monthly fees. Tried to call dealership and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Apparently the "disposition" fee was listed on the contract. At beginning of lease I specifically asked salesperson if there were any other fees and he said no. He said he would try to call corporate but then told me they wouldn't talk to him due to privacy. I left two voice mails for him asking what number to call and he would not call me back. I tried to contact Chase also but they would not budge.

The sales people might be ok but once you own/lease the car they could care less about you. The service in the repair shop is absolutely terrible. If your car is under warranty they barely even look at the car and won’t assist with any problems. We’ve leased 5 cars but once this current lease is over, I will find a dealership with customer service standards.

I just took delivery on my 7th car from Suburban Porsche. Superb service, excellent in every way. Dan Kelly handled everything with personal attention to my every request. I've never been more pleased with a dealership.
