Not sure what factor(s) contributed to my bad experience there today, but I can safely say I won’t be returning to this location. I used the drive through to order two basic sandwiches from the “Originals” menu and had to repeat my order. She asked if I wanted any additional toppings, I said no. All I wanted to go with them was two Jimmy pickles. I got up to the window and paid. She then asked me if I had… and rattled off three completely different sandwiches. I replied no and repeated my order for a third time. She then handed me the bag. I got home to find two containers of sliced pickles on the side with additional sliced pickles on the sandwiches. I ordered the “Vito” and I could tell there was hardly any vinegar and oil on the bread not to mention there were only two very small tomato slices on my sandwich. I hope their day gets better.*As you can see, Jimmy John’s responded. If I follow the link they provided, I have to fill out a series of mandatory fields in order to provide them with my information as well as repeating the above review. One piece of information they require is my home address. I refuse to provide that information, they do not need it. Therefore I cannot and will not follow the provided link and submit the form as requested.

Jimmy Johns took order and said will be delivered soon. Did not receive even after 1.5 hours. Called in between, every time order is dispatched will be there in 10-15 mins. Called to cancel, they could not cancel it either. I never received it, so now will have to file a claim through credit card.

Located right in the same bldg as the burger place. My mom and I felt violated after going to this location. We ordered a sandwich and paid cash, we pulled up to the speaker system and after we were going to eat here we were going to try the burger place. However the boy at the counter seemed to be out of it at the window and handed me a very small sandwich and I pulled over around the corner in the same parking lot and proceeded to open it it was a tiny turkey covered mess with onion on it which I did not order because I am allergic to onions. Two large onion pieces round white onions were put on this sandwich, seems to be an ongoing thing to add onions to Turkey Tom's? I also got an iced tea which I later got rid of because of the fear of what they may have done to it. When I went back around to show I had not eaten the sandwich and that it was not what I ordered the woman a large woman who I had not seen prior to this came approached the drive in window. She would not give me my money back and just for the sandwich and she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't take the sandwich either. I put the sandwich on the ledge of the window and the drive-thru window shut and it basically cut it in half way threw it off the window. I should also state that I do have this all on video. Then some other person some man with a black hat turned backwards not wearing any Jimmy John attire came to the window and proceeded to give my mother and I a complete harangue about how this was a order for some person named Lindsay and I'm like my name is not Lindsey and I didn't do an online order. So it just got worse he finally gave me my money back when I continuously told him I was going to call the police but then said not the 911 emergency because that is not what that is for. In fact I did later call the police from down the street but they said I would have to go in and make a formal complaint and personally as a federal employee myself that's not something I really have time for. Back to what happened at the restaurant or whatever, I also stated I am not a Karen you screwed up my order and I just want my money back and for 15 minutes you are not giving me my money. This was almost criminal I was in tears and I will never go here again and I don't suggest you do especially if you are women. It is not slander if it is true and it is true and I feel like this was really uncalled for and unnecessary and I don't know who owns this place but I'm going to find out. This woman also stated that I had thrown the sandwich at her which is a complete fallacy as well as I had just placed it on the ledge and ask them to take it as I was allergic. Whole thing is ridiculous I would suggest to the ownership that they take a hard look into their employees that are working there especially through the week this happened a few days ago and I'm just now able to speak about it. Don't go here, don't take your family's here don't take your mom here don't take your dog here they don't care and they just want to make you feel bad for whatever you did which is nothing. Ty

I ordered a Turkey Tom with cheese, which I paid for as shown on the receipt and there was no cheese or tomatoes on my sandwich! Very disappointed.

I’m rating this a 5 star today mostly because of the customer service. I’ve worked in the industry, even worked at a JJs a decade ago, and I see a lot of reviews complaining about things that are out of employees’ control. This is my local JJs and I come here all the time. Tried something new today, and I didn’t like it. So, I just won’t order that again. It’s not the employees’ fault, and I’ve always received excellent customer service here. Don’t blame the employees for the corporation. This particular JJs is great, workers are always friendly and doing a fantastic job any time I’ve been here!

Stopped by the drive thru on my lunch break and no one was even operating it. When I went in and asked the employees about it they seemed totally oblivious. I just ended up leaving. Only writing this review because the owner/manager should be aware before it’s too late for their business

I ordered a veggie Sub through the drive through. And you could tell that the person did not want to be there and they were misberal the sub was not very good.

I just had the BEST Beach club sandwich from Jimmy John's #396 on Grandriver Street in Novi Michigan. I added oil and seasoning If traffic wasn't so bad because of construction I would go back and order the exact sandwich again Thank you JJ staff for the great sub

This was my go to JJs for a while now, weekly lunch orders, large orders on the weekends for boating. So, it's disappointing to write a bad review for them today. I placed a delivery order before noon only to call back by 1:30 to cancel the order. I called a couple of other times asking to check on the status as I had 3 of my sons home from work on lunch break. Each time I called I was told something different: "There are 3 other orders with the driver." "There are 9 other orders with the driver." "We can't tell where he is or when he will arrive."I suggested they need to keep the customer informed of the order status and was met with a "we are very busy, have limited workers and you should just understand attitude." Of course, I understand the shortage and resource issues, but that doesn't make it ok to ignore a customer's recommendation or use as an excuse not to provide info/good customer service.You lost a very loyal, kind, usually understanding and gratuity giving customer today. It's a shame!"Freaky fast", those days are over and should be changed to "Shamefully slow".

This isn't in regards to the actual business/food, but I wanted to make it known that the employee named Patrick is an incredible person. A family member got into a car accident on Grand River in front of this store late last night and we were in the parking lot trying to get the vehicle drivable. It seemed that Patrick was the only one there at that time and was closing the store, he noticed the situation and not only tried to help us out, but even pulled out a couple tools from his vehicle to help even more. A kind heart like his is a rarity these days, and he deserves recognition!
