Used Fresh Thyme shopper and picked up curbside. Watermelon was rotten, had to throw the entire thing out. Tomato was rotten and oozing. Apples were soft. You be the judge on the lettuce.

Great local store. Has a good "reduced price" refrigerator section.

I like this store better than some of the other Fresh Thyme in the area. However, please change the staff in your meat section. There is one guy who is very helpful and will look for more product in the back if the display is empty. The other guy is a complete waste of time. He would rather watch the game on his phone and ignore you. And if he does pay attention, it is like he is doing you a favor. The guys does not need this job, fire him and get someone else who can do the job and understands how to help his customers.

I like the store but the last few times we've gone there the employee's especially in the meat and seafood department have been very rude and unfriendly. They treat you like your bothering them. Today I couldn't get anyone to wait on us and when we finally did he did not speak to us and was very rude. The barrel of lemons by the seafood counter was full of rotton, moldy, mushy lemons. Nice product upkeep. We complained to the cashier hopefully he'll pass it on .

I love Fresh Thyme. Is it more expensive? Yes. But to me, it's worth it. So much organic produce and excellent meats and seafood. Healthier organic staples, cosmetics and supplements, it's just a great grocery store. It's very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming, and they have everything you need without being overly huge. This is such a welcome departure from the big box stores, and I'm happy to support them. It's great on Saturdays - you can hit the farmer's market and get your staples/grocery items from here all in one trip. Support local!

This is our go-to grocery store for many obvious reasons--great produce, a great bulk section, great prices--but also for the wonderful customer service. Customer service isn't something I usually think about when shopping for groceries, but two incidents at Fresh Thyme have given me a new appreciation for the workers there, and the way the store is run.
1) We were buying balloons for our daughter's birthday party last year, and a giant unicorn balloon that we decided to purchase slipped through my fingers and floated up to the (surprisingly tall) ceiling. At least three workers immediately made it their mission to retrieve the balloon for us, gathering ladders and fashioning a long stick with tape at the end to finally get the balloon back down.
2) Today I accidentally left a bag of frozen shrimp in the plastic bag carousel at a self check-out station. I was so frustrated, because we were counting on that shrimp for dinner, I had saved a coupon for it etc. I ended up calling the store, and the worker who answered the phone cheerfully found the bag for me and saved it for me to pick up a few hours later. When I arrived to pick it up, the cashiers all knew who I was and what I was there for. They let me grab a new bag and walk out, no questions asked. This motivation to help customers and trust/respect for customers is rare and truly appreciated!

Used to enjoy it there, fruit often had no flavor. When I tried returning it, a manager was very curt and when I told her please stop being so mean, ( she told me I was returning it too late I told her melon had to ripen) she said oh that could be but explained she was tired of Fresh Thyme losing money and gave me financial statistics of the losses throughout the last two years

I absolutely love this market! Their produce is seriously amazing, they have incredible selections for those of us with allergie (Celiacs, Nuts, Hashimoto’s, etc.). There are products for various ethnic preferences and they always have very good sales. Fresh Thyme is super clean no matter when you visit and all of the foods are neatly stacked, such as fruits & veggies which can be cumbersome, the foods in the shelves are equally tidy and the frozen cases have a vast amount of foods that cover everyone’s tastes. Whenever I’ve needed any assistance the staff is right there instead of having to hunt them down and they are so incredibly nice! This market goes above and beyond every single day!

We bought this cheese on 3/13/2024, without realizing it had been expired since 1/31/2024. OVER A MONTH. I know I should check the dates, but it’s also negligent to let your customers buy expired products. Especially after a month. Is there no quality control at this store? Terrible. And my wife is sick from eating this cheese.
