I have never been compelled to write a review until my experience at this office. My regular Physician is retiring so I decided to branch out and find a new doctor. I had seen the negative reviews for this office but decided to give it a chance thinking maybe they'd addressed some of the concerns from previous patients. I should have trusted the reviews. I was truly appalled by the hideous attitudes of a majority of the staff members at this office (doctors aside). The women at the front desk spoke with a rude tone and volume to every person who checked in. Privacy and tact do not exist here. When asked to fill out a form, I was not clear on instructions and requested clarification. The response from the woman at the desk made it clear that I was an inconvenience to her. These same women are consistently chatting and having side conversations as if they don't notice you're even there. Clearly, patient care is not a priority here and the staff members are not trained or interviewed for appropriate customer service skills.

The doctors are great, but the receptionists are not nice at all. I am always given attitude when simply talking or asking a question. Not a great first impression to have when you come in. If I didn’t like my doctor so much, I would switch to a different office.

I used to love this office. I moved away so I wasn’t able to come but once I moved back I was so excited to come back and see Dr. Stern. However after this last experience I will not be returning. They wouldn’t let me see Dr. Stern and had me see a new Dr because it had been so long since being there. Okay fine, I did that. Then when I called to get my results the lady on the phone was so rude and when I asked to schedule and appointment with Dr. Stern she said yes but would have to call me back. Which I found strange. She never called. I just recently reached out asking for the referral information I got on my first visit as I couldn't find the paperwork and the lady was so rude on the phone I almost hung up! I don’t know what happened to this office. The staff used to be so nice and would provide you information willingly but not now. They sound annoyed that you call and then give you attitude when you just ask simple questions. This staff needs serious training on how to speak to people with respect!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hurchik’s for over 11 years. I was waiting until this summer when I’m off work to meet Dr. Patel as my new Dr. Today I called to inquire about a prescription for the antiviral meds for Covid as I was diagnosed a couple days ago. The woman who answered my call (front desk?) was rude and immediately dismissed me saying Dr. Patel couldn’t do anything since I haven’t met with her yet. ALL of my medical records are at this practice for the past 11+ years and my whole family goes there. I was told to just go to urgent care. Who knows if she even talked to Patel? She didn’t even ask if I was able or well enough to even go to urgent care. Very disappointed and not sure I will be continuing with this practice. In the past I’ve had nothing but good experiences.

Unfortunately, I am considering parting with this office although I have been a patient here for many years. Since switching completely to Envision, the office has put patient care to the wayside in favor of getting as many people through the door as possible. Now telling patients they may have only ONE problem per visit, wait times that go into multiple months, and having to come in for refills that are not ready at the pharmacy (two weeks later), referrals not being called in in a timely manner to the point of missing specialty appointments... I know that COVID has made working in a medical office extremely difficult, but even before COVID, it seemed this office was headed in the direction. Many physicians have left the practice recently, and unfortunately it seems they have not cared for this transition either. Some unfriendly clerical staff, friendly MAs, but horrible overall service and experience over the past few years that has only gotten worse.I have seen Dr. Soulias and Stern. Stern was knowledgeable and great as a provider, but I will seriously have to consider returning because the rest of the staff is less than desirable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Munaco for over three decades. As a Dr. he has been amazing. I wish him well with his retirement it has been well earned. The staff has been horrible for years. It is a cultural problem with this office just read other reviews. People are rude, condescending and do not listen.Everyone knows it is a pain to change medical providers so when asked to see the new Dr. I said sure why not give it a try. Setting up an appointment was again nothing but frustration on my part. Get my telehealth appointment set finally after fighting with the staff over why I wanted a telehealth visit not an in person visit (I only need to refill medications I have been on for years). The appointment reminder comes I login early and wait… after waiting until my appointment should have started the staff calls and says Dr. is running a few minutes late. After another 30 minutes I call back and cancel. They do not seem surprised at all that I am cancelling in fact they are more bothered by the call. The Dr. finally gets on my telehealth just as I hang up the phone. When I tell him I just cancelled as I have another appointment and let him know how rude the staff is He did not appear shocked at all. When I let him know, I will not be rescheduling he again is not surprised he seems to be defeated already only a couple of months in.I am sure the new Dr. is fine I have just decided that I can get treated poorly by medical staff closer to home.

Dr Stern is very thorough, caring, follows up...His nurse was always very helpful but the last 6 months or so she does not return calls, .... She tells me if I call and don't get a return call to keep calling her because she gets 40 emails a day and she's very busy.. therefore I do call and leave several messages and wait several hours because I know she's very busy but I'm busy too and it's often regarding my elderly father and I need answers. Also I leave messages for refills on the medicine line she seems very busy doesn't follow up.. this past week and a half I left for messages on the medicine refill line also on the message line and no one followed up with my medicine refills

This clinic has an internal communication issue. I tried to refil my prescription for a week, the prescription line nobody answers the phone, nobody calls you back, and they don't give the messages to the doctors when you call. And also some of the people that answer the phone you have to bag them to help you or give you an information, if they heard you, because they don't even let you finish to talk, this is very unpolite.And manager, tried to talk her, but just her voice mail is available.

Horrible. If you're old and have trouble keeping up with your prescriptions, stay away. They will make you wait for your potentially life saving medications for at least 1-2 days before they renew it. What a joke

While I enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Munaco, FFP has finally lost me as a patient because of repeatedly terrible and unprofessional experiences with the office staff (including the office manager). There is no excuse for how rude and dismissive the staff was to both myself and my mother. I will no longer be returning after 14 years as a patient because of the staff. What an absolute shame and embarrassment.

High quality care. Lab and x-ray on-site. Our family doctors here are exceptional! Nurses and staff are friendly. Extremely thorough care from Dr. Hurchick and staff. The best physician I've ever had!

Dr. Stern has been my primary care physician for many years now and has always been an attentive Dr. He listen's, he asks pertinent questions and he looks at the overall condition, rather than the obvious. He's never in a hurry and makes you feel comfortable. Are there better family physicians out there, maybe, but I'll probably never know.

Dr. Munaco and his staff were excellent. Hardly any wait time, very efficient, office was immaculate. i have been a patient at FFP for over 40 yearsand have always been completely satisfied.

My exams and follow up were very thorough. I felt that all areas were covered except those that will be covered during the follow up areas. I was very pleased with the explanations of what was going to happen and the results. I have two additional tests coming this week.
