Front desk made me late for my appointment she had to verify my health insurance eligibility, it appeared that no one knew their job, it worked out coverage was active just made me late

It was my first visit with Ronald Vincent. He was an amazing nurse practitioner. I will be switching my primary doctor with this practice. He explained why I was taking my medications and was very thorough throughout the exam! He listened carefully to my concerns and had excellent bedside manners! I already referred patients to him! Thank you so much for all your expertise on my visit! You’re the best! Anna G.

Dr saab's office is always very wonderful and caring. Dr Saab and her PA's are just out to help people and I really appreciate that and how they take the time with you to understand what you're saying. I would recommend Dr Saab to anyone family and friends. I've been going to Dr Saab for about 10 years now if not more and she is just wonderful you'll love her.

the doctor I have is great. The office is friendly until there is a problem. This week they took my payment and said it did not process, did it again with the same result, the third time it was done correctly and went through and voided the first 2 tries. Unfortunately all 3 payments went through and my bank deducted them. The bank can't change anything until that comes through from Village medical. I called Village medical (local office ) they referred me to their acct dept. located in South America and they said it takes time ( but it didn't take time for it to post) the first call said it should be taken care of in 1 or 2 days. Day 3 called again and got the same run around from their people . Asked for a supervisor and was told it would take up to 5 business days and there is nothing that can be done about it because it's how their system works. But they said they were sorry. Think I'll find a different medical group to work with. We've been there for 38 years.
so sad.

I messed up my appointment, it was meant to be a video visit. I showed up in person; however, the doctor was able to see me in person within a few minutes of original schedule.

Jesica is an outstanding PA. She paid great attention to my inquiries and provided good explanation to all my questions. She also promptly scheduled a follow up with the specialist if needed.
