Very poor customer service . Was ready to check out & there was no one at the cash register , period ! No one to be found . I went
Up & down aisles looking for a sales associate . Finally , a sales associate showed up & said she was just getting back from break . After ringing up my purchase & paying , I double checked my bill . I noticed an overcharge . I was charged twice for one item . I went back to the cashier - Reana & brought this to her attention. I asked for my
overcharge . It was only $1.25 , but it’s the principal. I’m tired of getting overcharged / prices incorrectly scanned by stores . She said she can’t refund my overcharge . Then came the manager who said the same . He told me to pick out another item for same price to make up the overcharge bc he’s not allowed to refund ! I stated , this is not a refund ,sir . I was overcharged on my receipt ! I was charged twice for one item . I said , I want my money back . He continued to argue & reiterated that he’s not allowed to refund money !!! I once again stated that I would like the overcharge . He finally handed me $1.25 . This is absolutely ridiculous ! How can a company not give you the money they overcharged you for ??!! This is the worst customer relations I’ve dealt with !! Why should a customer have to go through this when it’s the cashiers fault ? Beyond frustrating ! Really ? WOW ! This is how they’re trained by corporate ? This is simply wrong ! I’ve never heard of such a thing !

All items are between 1 to 1.5 dollars. Google times are updated wrongly plz correct that time. We went 9 clock but that was closing time. Request owners to update correct open and closing time.

Ree was refusing customers and had quite the temper. Slammed the door to her office when customers wanted to enter the second line after she left. Do better and give Eddie a raise. He’s incredibly friendly.

The line at the cashier started to get busy and long, the lady in front of me was next and had a cart really full with groceries and other items. I'm thinking "Oh no". The cashier got on microphone and asked for more cashiers to my relief. When she got to her register some people somewhere behind me rushed up. The cashier told them "No" I was next person in line and asked me to step up. I only had 5 things and thanked her so much for seeing I was next in line and waiting on me first. Great customer service!!
