I bought this because they had gluten free ramen. When I boiled it, I was surprised to see that the water turned cloudy and looked like tonkotsu soup. It doesn't contain powdered soup, so you can make your favorite soup and eat it. Hiyashi chuka is also good.
June 2023 I was taken there for the first time in a while. There are so many different products that I want to buy, it's hard (lol).I found dried sweet potatoes and went to the cart right away! It's a little different from Japan, but it would be great to have this in the US! The croissants are huge and cheap! I ate pizza at the food court and it was really delicious.
Dec2022A friend took me there. I bought this because I wanted to try dinner rolls. It was slightly sweet and had a chewy texture that was delicious even when eaten on its own. It's also delicious when toasted and eaten with cheese, vegetables, ham, etc. There are other things that look delicious, so I'm excited!”
“I visited with a friend who hadn't purchased a new suit in 30 years. We had just left men's wearhouse which was a disaster.The salesperson's name was Jason, and he could not have been more courteous or respectful. My friend is retired, and of limited means. I immediately let him know that my friend was not interested in anything over $400. He read his client perfectly, and helped select the perfect suit.My friend would never have chosen von maur on his own, but they have made a client for life.Thank you Jason and Von Maur!”
“Upon entering the Target store I was greeted by an employee who welcomed me with a warm "Hello".Target is known for their low prices and great selection of merchandise and they did not disappoint. I love Target it is one of my favorite go to stores for all my shopping needs.”

“I always disliked going to this Marshalls store because they never had anything that interested me and it was always disorganized BUT they must have a new manager or something???!!!
I had to go next door to Michaels and decided to try Marshalls again. I was pleasantly surprised to see how the store changed!!! It was remodeled and they had new things! It was clean and organized!! It looks like their sister-store TJ Maxx and had the same type of things.
Great job to the new and improved Marshalls! ?”

“Was trying to exchange gifts I had received; however, they did not have my size. Robert in the shoe department was extremely helpful. He even tried checking other stores and online for me, to no avail. I did not have "gift" receipts for the shoes and 2 pairs of jeans I needed to exchange. I ended up getting Kohl's gift cards that had no expiration. They were on sale, which caused a few dollars less on the cards. Robert was so helpful and kind. Even told me to come back on Wednesday; it's Senior's Day lol for me.”

“Big Lots is kinda a more wide open version of Ollie's.They have random stuff, furniture, housewares, electronics, candy and a ton of snacks.Not everything here is a deal, so carefully check your prices and don't assume it's cheaper than Walmart across the street.If you sign up for the free club, you get 15% off your first order. So make that count and don't waste it on a $25 purchase.Employees are super helpful at this location, so if you live half way between this and the Westland one, choose the Livonia location.Pretty good overall, recommended.”

“I couldn’t find a lotion I wanted and I have been looking for it at several different targets. I’m here out of town so I decided to look online and see if it was in stock and it was! I get there and it wasn’t on the shelf. I was disappointed but then I see, I think his name was Aaron, walk towards me and I ask him if it was in the back. He left to look in the back and he’s gone for maybe 20 minutes looking for this lotion for me because he said they got it on truck! He comes up to me and apologizes for the wait and of course it was fine. He took maybe 45 minutes out of his shift to look for this for me and he found it! I was very grateful and he was very sweet. “This is now my first stop on grocery shopping day. Almost everything is $1.25 and they have name brands. Great for items like body soap, aspirin, allergy, pain meds, reading glasses, wrapping paper & gift cards, Mylar balloons, cleaning supplies, glassware, crafts and school Projects/office supplies, aluminum warming pans. Their friendly staff goes out of their way to help each customer. Now I only have to go to the grocery store to purchase items that Dollar Tree did not have! Excellent value!”

“My favorite store to shop and look around. Always neat and most of the staff is nice.There is an older lady that has been working there for a while, mainly in beauty dept with curly short light brown/blonde hair and glasses who is extremely rude and always has an attitude. On several occasions, I’ve had her follow me and has been vocal about customers getting in her way while I was browsing, and not even touching any product. Finally, I confronted her about her comment and asked if I was bothering her. She did not even apologize and instead deflected that she was just venting that customers are messing up her section. Lady, if you are unhappy with your place of employment or what you do, please do not take it out on customers who are helping keeping the business open and you employed. Nonetheless, I chose to rate 4 stars for the shopping experience (minus 1 for rude beauty dept employee) and I will still continue to shop because I enjoy the variety of items they have and good prices.”
