I always have issues with the pharmacy at this location. I never got what i need and sometimes made me call my dr to said my meds are ready to pick up.....? Whats different or even an issue?? I never like this store for few reasons.

went to go get a covid booster, the vaccination station was unsanitary. Let staff know and left to go somewhere else.

Long line at pharmacy but scan your own check out near the front door was excellent. Very efficient place to stop and shop!

What is wrong with this pharmacy?!? They seem to be totally incompetent. Going to transfer elsewhere, I can’t even get them on the phone. Store itself is not bad.

The front is awesome and employees are nice but the pharmacist and pharmacy are absolutely awful. Anywhere else would be a better choice.

You know what; when a business says they’re open at a certain time, that means the doors are open, the staff is in placed ready for business.It doesn’t mean your Pharmacy people come wandering it at 5 after 10 taking their sweet time to open up…. Very unprofessional. (7/29/23)

This guys very arrogant and busy. My child was sick but they were so pathetic with service where they were not able to transfer my prescription to other store. I will not recommend this cvs center for any medication and prescription.

I have found this is the best pharmacy of this chain I had to deal with. Never much of a line and when there is it moves quickly. It might be because I get so many prescriptions that have to be filled, but even a few of the people behind the counter knows my name. If they don't have one of my too many prescriptions in stock, they quickly order it.While I hate the fact that if you don't pick the refill up on the day it is done you get too many text reminders and a phone call, it is not the store's fault. I also don't like having refills auto filled but that is the name of the game with most chain pharmacies these days. Only wish that they had a drive thru and be open 24 hrs. 365 days a week but I know they won't. Just got spoiled by one of those in the Walgreens chain when I lived in Monroe. ( See it was only EBS that got me this spoiled)Will use this location as long as I am in Farmington.

Easy to get my booster shot. The pharmacist, Hassan, was helpful and friendly. He cheerfully answered all of my questions and made sure I felt supported.

Do not use the Pharmacy for prescriptions and expect them to honor GoodRx prices. I went there yesterday to have a prescription for some eye drops filled for an upcoming cataract surgery. I had 3 items that totaled nearly $115 that I would've paid $56 for if they had honored GoodRx prices. The pharmacist told me that the higher price was what I had to pay if I wanted it. I was in a rush to get back for another appointment and I reluctantly paid for it. I was on the phone with GoodRx customer support and they even called the pharmacy themselves and CVS acknowledged that the GoodRx prices were the correct prices but the customer (me) already paid for it and there's now nothing more they can do. I have put in a call to CVS corporate to ask them what the deal is and will be getting a follow-up call from them, although I am not holding my breath. This is not the first time I've run into this situation at this Pharmacy and the Pharmacists act as if I am taking money out of their own paychecks if they honor the GoodRx prices.Not another penny of my money is going there for any future prescriptions.

Store operator was very rude.I asked her about pharmacy ..It was locked .She should have replied politely.She is definitely not the right person to handle customers
