Paid 20 dollars for car wash that did not remove dirt around door trim . I returned to car wash next day with a very clean car except for dirt around side molding trim . I was told they could not do anything because it was the next day. It was obvious the car had not been driven anywhere else. i’ve been going to colonial car wash for over 20 years always getting the best wash. I expected better treatment. very poor service and treatment.

I’m extremely pleased with the car wash here. Nobody wipes the car dry at the end of the car wash, yet it still gets the car clean. It’s fantastic! Despite being a bit far for me, I’ve decided this will be my go-to car wash from now on.

This review is for the girl in specs who collects money before the wash.
Keep your ears open and listen to what the customer wants. I asked for the 13$ wash and you charged me 20$ and then said sorry i thought you asked for the 20$ wash.
I don’t care what you heard or thought. Let this be a learning lesson for you at my cost. If you don’t listen to your customer then being a cashier at a car wash is going to be the peak of your career.

Decently priced, good service, and good use of pre-soak spray. No towel dry on exit, but drying system is decent.
