This station needs new ownership or needs major upgrades, Pumps are rusted, I can hear the gas when I’m pumping that’s not normal!!! Convince Store is upgraded how about the pumps? It’s a gas station invest into fixing it, how does the city of Farmington allow this!

For some reason these gas pumps don't always work and I have to keep going inside and complaining that there is a problem. Last time I went there the gas wouldn't pump again and after a few tries and my third trip back into the station a younger middle eastern guy came out with such a bad attitude I couldn't believe it. He proclaims it works and then 3 times pounds the gas type I want with the gas pump handle. Oh ya, then it worked but I didn't know I had to pound the button 3 times with the handle. I doubt this guy would have been so rude to a man but had no problem speaking down and acting rude to a female. I recommend that females stay out of that gas station. Then my friend told me everyone should avoid that station because when the pumps won't work right it's a sign that they have been rigged to cheat the customer.

This really is a rip off gas station. I was overcharged by about 25% on regular gas 12/14/19. I paid at the pump using card. The pump price said $2.59 and the sign also said $2.59 a gallon for regular gas. I was charged at a rate of $3.33!! My total should have been $31 for 12 gallons, instead it was $40! I want my money back! The actual pump said $40 for the total, this wasn't the hold on the credit card.

If you go here especially late at night, there's a young kid with an attitude problem and his manager is worse. I don't know if they're related but instead of apologizing for his behavior, he too blamed and yelled at me. Their customer service is very disgusting and unprofessional and if a customer has an issue with the pump they'll blame them for it. Though all these gasoline corporate a-hles are ruining the planet, I would suggest going across the street to the Shell.

Rip off gas Station....I have been to many BP Gas Stations where if you used a BP credit card...it acts as a cash transaction for fueling. This is the first Gas Station does not honor that. On top of that...the cashier behind the counter was saying that I was being rude to him while trying to explain to him that the Credit Card should have transacted as a Cash Transaction for fuel. Will not go back there again!

Charges 14 cents more for a gallon of gas paid by credit, when all stations charge 10 cents. Never stop here

B.P GAS STATION CLERK...IS and arrogant Punk kid behind the register that charge me $0.20 each for those little tiny blue french vanilla creamers and then give me a rough time about how they are not free they cost money there condiments that should be free he made me pay for him I would not recommend this gas station for anybody to purchase s*** from this gas station the employees couple of them are cool and very nice but there are two of them that aren't and they need to be let go fired get rid of them the one kid is arrogant son of a b**** and he needs to go and disrespecting me as a customer then nothing done about it so for future reference don't bother with coffee and be on the lookout for that are you little punk behind register he is a major a****** and he shouldn't be working there
