“After receiving a complimentary general inspection, I was also given a good price on headlight replacements. This repeat customer is very happy with Kirk's pricing!”

“Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”

“I came in looking for help with a battery. They tested my battery, confirmed my issue, and got me a new one. I had some warranty questions they straightened out for me in the process. Even with all the back and forth, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, spending less than I expected for a Motorcraft part.”

“Melvin went well out of his way to help my son. My son had nothing but great things to say about Melvin and how he went above and beyond for every customer. Melvin SHOULD Be THE lead Training Associate in CUSTOMER SERVICE for the Entire Company. Thank you Melvin for being the politeness my son needed today! MADE MY DAY!!”

“Stood in line, only person in store, for several minutes before the cashier even looked up. Didn't say can I help you or anything. I was just standing there like, "are you ready to check me out?". She still didn't say anything, just stared at me with dead eyes. I understand people have bad days. I have them too. But if you're too exhausted to say ANYTHING to a customer that is literally standing right in front of you, just stay home.”
