- Everyone in the office is supportive, professional and available to listen to issues & queries
- Periodic maintenance of the garden, concreting is done.
- Preventive Maintenance is scheduled annually.
- Mya, Candice & Deyshanay (Apologies for spelling mistakes) in the office are the most organized I have seen in my house hunt so far.
- This is my first time living in an apartment & they have exceeded my expectations.
- Happy to see U-Hauls coming every day, wishing them luck.

“I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”
“Maintenance Issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Didn’t appreciate the fact he seemed to be rushing and carelessly left screws on my carpet that if not seen I could’ve stepped on resulting in a horrible injury. So that knocked a star ⭐️ off.”
“Having called SkyGate my home for the past five years I can only leave a 5 star review for Stacey, Tiffany, Tim, Cody, Chris, Paul, Mary, and every other employee who has made sure that my stay at SkyGate, owned and managed by Nadeer Group, was as enjoyable as it could be. Rent is extremely affordable. The building, although not new, has been maintained and updated accordingly after Nadeer Group acquired the property. I have never had any type of issue with maintenance. They are pet friendly here and do really care about pets as if they were their own. I would NOT be moving had it not been for extenuating family circumstances. The reviews that are negative for SkyGate have to be from people who have created their own storms and got mad when it rained!
Edit to my review. I received my security deposit refunded in full less than a month after moving. Any review stating that their deposit wasn't returned especially in a timely manner needs to be considered a red flag.”
“My experience with the team and staff at Franklin River Apt was warm felt and professional. Katie was very nice in move in process, probably if I didn't come across her professionalism, I would have went somewhere else. Actually I went to other apartments in the area, and they could care
less if you were breathing. My apartment is Gorgeous, I stated a few concerns to Katie and she

The staff has been helpful in making sure my unit is well taken care of, any maintenance request I have had been addressed immediately. Thank you for caring for me and my family!”
“The Ascent is a quiet and clean apartment complex. My apartment itself was really nice- in particular, the updated kitchen and bathroom felt fancy. The complex is well-maintained and I never had any issues with things like snow removal. Valet Living comes and picks up trash from your door 5 days a week. No problems with things like paying rent, getting the security deposit back, etc. They also offer yearly carpet cleaning after you renew your lease, which was really nice.
When I first moved to my apartment in 2022, the management was very responsive and quickly handled maintenance problems. Maintenance got less responsive when management changed. For example, there were a couple times when my shower faucet would break and I waited 3-5 days before anyone came out to fix it.
As of fall 2025 (when I left), maintenance would often mark work orders as completed when nobody had actually come out to even look at the problem. The AC was broken in the gym all summer, so it was often as warm as 80 degrees in there during the day. I discussed this with other gym-goers who said they were also reporting it to no avail, but the staff tried to tell me that the problem had been fixed and that I was the only person reporting it. This was really frustrating!
Overall, I had a positive experience living at The Ascent, but it was always a struggle when something needed to be repaired.”
“I absolutely love living at Diamond Forest Apartments! The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the apartments themselves are spacious and modern. What really sets Diamond Forest apart is the sense of community. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they organize regular events that make it easy to meet your neighbors. I highly recommend Diamond Forest to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home!”

“Super awesome place to live in, especially as a student. The apartment looks beautiful, the interior is great, and the gym has free weights! The best part, however, is the staff. They are incredibly easy to contact and are always a text or call away. Two folks in particular--Alexxis Locke and Angelo Johnson--go above and beyond. I locked myself out of my apartment on a weekend, and they had someone down here and ready to let me back in within minutes. Anytime I have a problem or something to discuss, I go down and chat with Alexxis. Fantastic employee who deserves every raise and promotion in the book!”
“I love my place for many reasons. location and near family and friends. It's quiet and peaceful. My concern and frustration comes with how long it's takes to follow up with repairs. Sometimes I have to keep following up and if down it might not get down. For most repairs when maintenance come they always do good job. It's not their fault. I think they don't have enough maintenance people.”
“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

“When my cousin moved into her apartment, she received a brand new stove and shortly after that, she received a brand new dishwasher.Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly (one or two days after being reported).Since this is an older building, the walls are sturdy and practical soundproof.”

“I know people often complain about maintenance but we at Brandywine have the BEST maintenance crew one could ever hope for! I place a maintenance request online and within 24 hours often way less (a couple of hours) they are at my unit addressing and repairing the problem. They are efficient, polite, and never leave a mess. My hat goes off to them and I certainly hope that people who live at Brandywine realize how good we have it here. People need to understand that if they don’t get there as fast as you like there are others having higher priority issues…. Relax and wait your turn!”

Taylor and the team in the leasing office were incredible throughout the whole leasing process, from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure our move-in went smoothly and were always quick to respond. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but Taylor and the team made this as easy as possible. This is by far the best leasing experience and customer service I’ve seen in renting places!
The unit itself also is beautiful and has been recently updated.”

“I have been a resident for 16 years. Overall I haven’t had a lot of concerns. There is one issue that should be addressed in residents using the street to walk with strollers, impeding traffic. There should be a specific area where people can walk, not the streets. Appliance upgrades to reflect today’s modern design. I would love a paint update, and carpet cleaning or go to hardwood floors.
