I decided to treat myself and get fitted for a new bra. I have changed over the past couple years and I didn't really know what size I wear. I was greeted warmly, thanked for coming in and set up in a fitting room. Kelly came in and explained the process and we got to work. It was intimate. Kelly was every the professional, adjusting this and that to help me find the perfect fit. The bra was a little on the pricy side but it fits like a dream. The most comfortable, flattering under garment I have ever owned. Shop local! Go in and give the ladies a chance. They have some inventory on hand but will order anything they can for you. As I left, I was thanked by everyone, I felt like they were very sincere in their appreciate for my patronage.

Kudos to Mariam who is a licensed bra fitter, for finding a bra that fit me correctly. She also provided detergent and tips on how to to care for my new bra Mariam truly cares about her customers. Her store provides products for women who have had mastectomies ranging from bras, prostheses, and wigs.

I am always treated with respect and care at this establishment. They're knowledge of women's needs surpasses any place I've been .From bra fittings to helping your decision for prosthetics to massage therapy. They do it all . Very professional.

I am a first time customer who was treated with neither dignity nor respect. Sadly I will need their types of products and services for the rest of my life, having just had a bilateral mastectomy. I was given estimated product delivery dates and on those dates I was never called on the status. So, I placed the call and my first order had come in and was the wrong color and incomplete quantity. I was told over the phone that what arrived was all she had, in a take it or leave it tone. These are things that I needed immediately. When I came in to drop off another Rx, the staff actually yelled when I came in “What’s she doing here?!” Apparently, I needed an appointment. All this and more made me feel very unwelcome and burdensome. Seems like you need an appointment for every step. They say they will follow up and they don’t. I called to check on a product delivery today was told it arrived, but I had to make an appointment just to pick it up. I can (and will) do better business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I was fitted for prostheses and bras and told it would take two weeks to receive order. Totally understandable. After 2 weeks I called and asked the status and was told they would check and get back with me. No return call. After 3 weeks and still no response or follow up I called and canceled my order. I guess they didn’t need my business.

This place works by appointments only. Service was professional and products purchased were spot on. Ask for Kelly, she'll take good care of you. Parking lot is a bit tight so I recommend an early morning appointment.

This was a disappointment from the start. I wanted a wonderful experience for my mother who has Parkinson’s and a partial mastectomy and a total mastectomy last year. I had made calls to insure I could get her a bra prior to my sons wedding and was assured I could. Well here I am and NO bra.We came in at our appointment time, to greeted with “put on your mask”! Not a hello, welcome after traveling one hour and having to have my mother walk up steps. Not handicap friendly from what I could see.Neither woman were very friendly and actually the “fitter” was getting annoyed. I could see why as my mom did ask a lot of questions and was asking her to repeat herself… she didn’t understand her options. The fitter said we were done!I am disappointed because I wanted this to be a special, kind and compassionate experience for my mom. If you are looking for that experience or product in stock I would not recommend g to his place.
