GREAT customer service and not to mention awesome quality of service on dry cleaning. I use to go to the same place for 5+ years till they closed down and found Value Cleaners recently and wish I knew about them sooner. Can't beat their pricing, service, or quality. Every customers dream as you won't be disappointed

Never ever use this cleaners (which I thought was a bit overpriced)! This was my first and last time using this cleaners. I took my mother's dress in to be cleaned and when I received it back I was wondering why it wasn't completely zipped up. I didn't think too much of it until I got home and my mother told me that the zipper was broken. It would not zip up or down. No one from the cleaners said a word! I tried calling them but I guess it was to close to closing and no one answered.

this cleaners was overpriced in my opinion. They took an overly long time to finish my garments and when I came to pick them up it took the lady forever to find them. Like she had no clue where they were. And As if that wasn't bad enough, they faded my brand new shirt! It was a beautiful pink and came back almost white. I will not be using this place again. I will say that the worker there was nice and did take responsibility for the color fading and refunded me half the cost of the shirt and the full cost of the cleaning cleaning but I am still very disappointed.

We have been going here for over 10 years for dry cleaning and shirt laundering. We had three shirts come back with bleach stains and large gaping holes. We have never complained about a lost shirt or damaged shirt. When we presented the shirts to the owners -- they TOOK ZERO responsibility and told us it was our fault. They do an ok job -- but if anything comes back damaged or lost -- YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. The owners have no sense of customer service.
We have moved to another dry cleaner.

Been using this place for a few years now. It's simple...take my clothes in and they come back clean and pressed. I'll never iron a shirt again!
