When we had a contractor use World Stone group for our master bathroom remodel in 2020, I knew I was going straight back there for my kitchen and dining buffet. Both times we chose quartz, and both experiences were fantastic. The quartz counters and buffet were installed 2 weeks ago, full height backsplash was just installed this week and my kitchen is complete. WOW! The seams are almost invisible, the veins match up and the cuts are fantastic. Not only does Trent go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your choice, he is honest and real throughout the entire process. I will admit, we changed our mind on the kitchen choice (before any major actions had taken place) and Trent easily rolled with my thoughts to help us find something different. Scheduling was easy, they call when they say they will, they do what they say they will do. Clean, hassle free, and easy. The installers were professional, clean, nice and did great work. An absolute pleasure!

After visiting many quartz shops, I decided on World Stone Group and I'm so glad I did. Right from the start Trent was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I'm a very indecisive person, he didn't pressure me to purchase right away and after many visits, he helped me pick out the perfect countertop. He also gave opinions on backsplash and helped me decide on a sink (which I got a great price on Amazon).The timeline for installation was reasonable. We had a minorissue with our cabinets but they were accommodating and helped us get the countertop done in our timeline.The process of measuring for countertops with Randy was a smooth process. We decided to do something a little unconventional with the countertop extending out in front of a fixed glass door. Randy helped us come up with the plan and I'm very happy with the results.Installation went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. If you want amazing Quartz, this is the place to go. Go in and talk to Trent. He'll give you a great tour of the showroom that's all indoors. He'll even give you a tour on the other side of the warehouse where production is done right there in the same building.

Do not buy from this company. Trent our sales guy was friendly and knowledgable but after we ordered it seems like we were forgotten. Trent told us 4-8 weeks for installation. The kid that came over to do the measurements was rude and condescending. He told me they wouldn't cut our sink hole how we wanted it, he was visibly annoyed when I asked him to explain what was on a document he needed me to sign, and then told me I "freaked out a little" about the sink cut. Not sure why this kid thought it was unreasonable for a customer to ask questions about a product I am spending over $6k for. Jump to 6 weeks later and haven't heard a word from World Stone Group, not a single follow up call giving an ETA for installation. It takes another 3 weeks and multiple calls to them to finally get an install date. The installation crew arrives, not at all friendly. They also tracked mud and leaves all through my house with zero intention of cleaning it up. The countertop was NOT measured correctly. Buyer beware, they either cannot or will not cut the corners for your sink correctly. I have the exact same sink as my last new build and that stone fabricator had no problems cutting my counter properly. When I asked who was going to fix it they said someone else would be back. It's been weeks since the install and haven't heard a single thing back from the company. As I suspected, once they got paid they washed their hands of the job. Unfortunately we live in a time where contractors don't have to care how they treat their customers because they are overflowing with work. It's just really disappointing because we chose Trent thinking his company was different, they aren't. I would choose a different company and I will next time.

the builder we used used World Stone. They must have both went the same school of ethics. The quartz they put in was just plain dull. when we questioned it, the answer was the quality of the stone is really a luck of the draw. they refused to anything and the builder did nothing either. my advice is check out the vendors your builder uses. I wished I had. now I have an eyesore in the middle of the house that was supposed to be the focal point.

If you want a company to not show up on time, cut stone in your house, no show and leave you hanging when they might come back they're your company. Also edges not polished for pieces I was to install myself, whereas the installation manager had stated they should have never left the building but never resolved. Other issues but you get the picture.One pic is the debris left in the tub and never vacuumed up at the end of the day and the other is my exhaust fan (and duct not shown) caked with fine granite dust from cutting in the bathroom. The other exhaust fan was also caked with dust. I do not recommend. You have to call them for updates, not good communication. They have nothing but excuses.

We purchased our quartz countertops from World Stone Group and had them installed last month March 2021. The quality work done to have everything fit perfectly was exceptional. The installers that came that day were polite, careful when bringing the pieces in, and didn't leave until everything was installed to our satisfaction. Trent is the salesman you meet when you walk in. He was attentive to every detail to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. When I had a question, he called me back right away. I would highly recommend this company when looking for new countertops.

I called a couple days ago and spoke to Trent. I inquired about the Quartz Silestone countertops and asked if I could have the same type Quartz slab as my backsplash. He said absolutely. He told me of all the choices and I said I would call back to schedule an in home visit.So, I called back today and I spoke to I believe John. He was very unenthusiastic to say the least. When I asked him about installing a Quartz Silestone backsplash he he replied "we don't do repair work". I told him I wasn't looking for a repair. I'm looking to hire you guys to install a new Quartz backslask and countertop.. He sounded as if he would rather be in line at the DMV than doing his job as he painfully said "we do not even sell Quartz". I said, WOW! The website states that you do. Trent stated that you do!To sum this up, there are plenty of other companies out there. I will make sure all my real estate contractors are informed about this World Stone Groups communication

I love these countertops! From my visits to the showroom and conversations with Trent, precise measurements by Randy and installation by the best team, Cody and Anise. The owner, Rob even called me to check out the finished product. Excellent! Efficient and professional.
