General manager is incredibly rude. My friend and I came in looking for a specific item and he laughed claiming it didn't exist anymore. While that may be true, he did not handle it well. Stay away from this place. General manager claims to have been in the business since the early 2000s.. Stay away from this man, very unkind.

Person running the front was rude, acted like my presence alone was a problem. Incredibly unhelpful when I asked very simple questions. Tried to charge $400 for a weft of hair.

Visited this store to pick up two items. Unfortunately did not make it in to make a purchase since the sign on the door reads“ You must be a license professional to shop with us”. Such a bummer considering this is NOT listed on google. Please update your information.

Just drove a 30 minute drive and wasn't able to purchase what I needed and was not told that I had to have specific licensing to purchase anything definite waste of an hour of my day!

I visited Windsor Beauty Supply for the first time this past weekend. I was looking for a good blow dryer and I had no idea what I was looking for. I read many reviews and was pretty overwhelmed. The general manager helped me and asked all the right questions so he could recommend one for what I needed. I walked out of there feeling so confident! It was 100% worth my 45 minute drive!

Your customer service is non existent and your entire store is in desperate need of some training on how to treat customers. If you want to cater to only fake and phony people then move somewhere else because Canada is not the place. You have plenty of employees in the stores but nobody knows how to help anyone or even acknowledge their presence unless they look and dress a certain way. I have been in the store on Tecumseh Rd several times and today was the last straw. Usually I can get what I need on my own or figure it out because they can't be bothered. I was looking at the stuff I wanted for about 10 min, then I went to ask for help. I stood in the aisle for almost 10 min waiting for help before I got fed up and left. While I was looking at the stuff I wanted three different employees walked past me and not one of them said hi or acknowledged me in any way. I could of asked for help but since three people had already walked past me I was waiting to see if anyone would offer to help. If I came in by there all faked up nails and hair done I would of gotten some help but because I didn't I was invisible. Not all of the employees in there are that bad. I have met 2 of them that were helpful in the past but your overall service is the worst I have seen. A PERSONS APPEARANCE SHOULD NOT DICTATE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY RECEIVE. DO BETTERNo, this is not Michigan. This is Windsor, Tecumseh Rd E by Home Depot.

Shelves are always well stocked with color. Never ran into a problem! Friendly and helpful staff!
