General manager is incredibly rude. My friend and I came in looking for a specific item and he laughed claiming it didn't exist anymore. While that may be true, he did not handle it well. Stay away from this place. General manager claims to have been in the business since the early 2000s.. Stay away from this man, very unkind.

Person running the front was rude, acted like my presence alone was a problem. Incredibly unhelpful when I asked very simple questions. Tried to charge $400 for a weft of hair.

Visited this store to pick up two items. Unfortunately did not make it in to make a purchase since the sign on the door reads“ You must be a license professional to shop with us”. Such a bummer considering this is NOT listed on google. Please update your information.

Just drove a 30 minute drive and wasn't able to purchase what I needed and was not told that I had to have specific licensing to purchase anything definite waste of an hour of my day!

I visited Windsor Beauty Supply for the first time this past weekend. I was looking for a good blow dryer and I had no idea what I was looking for. I read many reviews and was pretty overwhelmed. The general manager helped me and asked all the right questions so he could recommend one for what I needed. I walked out of there feeling so confident! It was 100% worth my 45 minute drive!
