This location has many problems, I've been understanding and been very patient waiting in lines and all.. But today, I got an alert on my Walgreens app that i needed to call about my prescription. So i did , they answered and told me to call back later... I guess it was lunch.??? Maybe don't answer or have a recording stating you are at lunch... I had no clue and i felt i was treated rudely because i was on hold long before 1:30 pm. i didn't think it was the right way to handle this. I maybe needing to take my business elsewhere....

This is the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever seen. It is not uncommon to wait as long as a half hour to drop off or pick up a prescription. It is painful using this pharmacy. I had one prescription filled that specified the quantity as 12 and was given 90. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I would not try to get a vaccine here because they schedule the appointments such that you may be seen 45 minutes later or more. Try somewhere else

No self-checkouts and usually no employee at the registers, so you have to wait for one to make their way over. It's not like I'm shopping for groceries here, it'd be nice to take my three items, check out and be on my way. Today, I wanted to buy a book of stamps and they were out. I mean businesses run out of things, but I can't imagine there is some wild gold rush for stamps... We'll begrudgingly come here if we can't find something at CVS because it's close to home. But it sucks.

The bald pharmacist is the most cantankerous, unfriendly, and unhelpful pharmacist I have ever come across in over thirty years of being a physician. I wouldn't trust this gentleman to fill a glass of water.

You can't find every product we're looking for, the types are edgy, you can't find many products, there's no layout like a grocery store, and there's no customers interested

Waited 30 minutes at the pharmacy only for the male staff member to tell me to get in a different line very rudely. Takes a long time, and has horrible customer service. Go to cvs Update: waited 45 minutes without even speaking to a worker besides them telling me to go to a different line, so I left.

Every time I take the same prescription from the same DR. to this pharmacy there is always some reason they can’t accept it. When they do finally take it and now I need to wait now because I had to jump through hoops just to get my prescription, I get some type of attitude for being willing to wait 15-20 min. Don’t come here go somewhere else. I have literally never complained or whined but after 3 years I’m over it.

They take so Long to service customers. Pharmacy and front desk. Also, my prescription was ready 2 days ago and no one called me. I had to call myself and confirm. Then there was a rude guy who answered the phone and was snippy because I didn't have insurance. That was so called his excuse to no let me know my medicine was ready ! As if I didn't know! This place is a s*** show since Sav-on left and Walgreens took over.

This Walgreens is filthy and hasn't been cleaned. Food wrappers have been in the same spot for over three weeks in the pharmacy area. The help is rude and thoughtless. Plan on waiting in line for scripts for at least 20 minutes, bring something to read. This store should be shut down; absolutely disgusting.

This Walgreen has horrible workers. I had lost my wallet at the store and I went back the next day to see if anyone had turned it in. When I walked in the first thing the lady said to me which was the manager was " you better not get within 6 feet of me" how rude is that to say to a customer? Mind you I was just walking past her. When I had asked if anything was turned in I was given an attitude saying " yeah I don't wanna scare you but we get a lot of theft in here" The manager said she wasn't able to look at the cameras at the time but she wasn't even doing anything. Then when I told her I was going to call the cops and file a police report she finally went back there to supposedly look at the cameras then comes back out and says she wasn't able to go back to yesterday on the camera because she didn't know how. How shady does this all sound? don't waste your time going here, the employees are all super rude and if anything happens they will not be able to help you. Keep in mind this was a $600 wallet with my ID and my credit cards in there. The least you could do was call someone Who knew how to look at the cameras. She said she would give me a call back regardless on what happens, but I never heard back from them. Tried to call back about five days later and the store is now temporarily closed.

The pharmacy folks here are helpful, friendly, efficient and exacting.....just what you need for a Pharmacy. I like Walgreens much more than CVS. I like the assortment, the availability and the "feel" of the store....much warmer than the CVS @ 13 & Orchard Lake. I miss the older dark haired woman who was there since Eden. The regular checkout folks now are efficient, but, not the warmest folks. Will continue to go there for the Pharmacy folks (!!!!) and the feel of the store. P.S. my wife is a retired nurse and she thinks the pharmacy folks are Saints !!! (Watching them deal nicely with irrational behavior from all sorts of folks)

Ever since this neighborhood pharmacy was sold to Walgreens the quality of customer service drastically has been reduced. Possibly the worst store I have been to. The workers are slow and have no concept on how to help customers. I wouldn't recommend going there even if you were buying a bottle of water.
