I was calling to speak to a pharmacist, never spoke to anyone… they had me on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 times and they keeping answering, putting my on hold, then hanging up.

Rude staff. They text your script is ready, only to make you wait for it when you go. Then they act like it’s your fault. The people working here need to realize customers can go to many other places without their snarky rhetoric.

I frequent this store since it is close to my house. I have never had an issue. The staff are always helpful. Unfortunately they are understaffed at times, but the staff all work hard so no complaints from me about them. Management should do better to staff the store.

Slowest drive through pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Every single time it takes forever. In all my years, I’ve never had to wait as long as I do there. I don’t understand how their management is still employed or how they keep customers. Ive had enough. Im taking my business to CVS from now on.

Went today to get my dad's second shingle shot and flu shot. 3 people working at pharmacy including the Pharmacist. We were second in a line of 4 people. We put in our request and approximately 10 minutes later we received paperwork to fill out then sat another 20 minutes. They had steady traffic of customers inside and outside that they cared for. Customers waiting for a shot seemed to be a low priority. After the long wait, we were told the cost however it did not include the flu shot. Since we had already waited a long time, we declined the flu shot because we didn't want to have additional wait time. Just not good customer service.

My mom Sofia Karpiuk, has had a back injury and recently fell out of bed and cracked her skull. She was issued scripts for pain medication. None of the drug stores in the Redford Michigan (Walgreen's) area will fill the scripts, even when taking her to the drug store with him. She is 95. My brother has to buy her over the shelf advil for her pain.

Poor......they wanted $125.00 for nolvin 70/30 insulin. Walmart has it for $24.88 I will not shop at there pharmacy again.

This is my pharmacy for the rest of my life (hopefully). All of the time I will get a script that Meijer it CVS never have stocked. There has never been an antibiotic or pain medicine I've needed that they haven't at the very least been able to partially fill and have the rest the very next day. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Only place I use for prescriptions. They're professional and fast. Been going here for three years and I've yet to have a negative experience. They also have a great brand of diapers that are reasonably priced and work just as good as the name brands! Close to my home and very convenient. Also I love the friendly staff.
