Patients and providers beware!! Tried calling in a prescription for the attending physician. After waiting on hold for an interminable period of time, the physician himself tried to call directly to expedite the process. He too was put on hold only to finally be told by the pharmacist to call back and leave a voicemail because they were too busy to take the prescription over the phone. A physician with a full patient room and waiting room would know nothing about that…what is this industry coming to?

If I give a negative stars I would. This pharmacy need to be shutdown. It’s clear they are not in business of helping people, instead they are in business for the insurance payouts. The pharmacist is extremely rude, she answered the phone and places you on hold without saying so. My daughter was told the prescription was ready for pickup and once she pulled up to the window the pharmacist literally placed the close sign up right in her face. She decided to wait for her prescription for 30min for the staff to return back from lunch and the pharmacy tech started they needed 15min more min to prepare the prescription. This place is a complete joke and she will not be returning.

If you need prescriptions filled in a timely manner, don’t go here. Time and time again they have failed to fill a script until I’ve shown up in person asking why it hasn’t been filled. Not acceptable when it’s a time sensitive medication like mine was today. People, children’s, health is dependent on your performance as a pharmacy. Do better.

I hate to leave any type of negative review, I've given this pharmacy so many chances the pharmacist are always rude, always have an attitude I get they have a busy job so I try to be understanding every month they pick and choose if they wanna fill my script up, they give me weird excuses. I thought maybe I am being dramatic but they really make you feel uncomfortable

Waited 45 minutes for an appointment for a flu shot only to be skipped and then told the pharmacist is heading to lunch and to come back later….Terrible

I hate leaving negative reviews but this location is bad. The pharmacy is awful. It’s always slow, if there’s one person in front of you expect to wait 20+ minutes. Expect a delay to get your meds either from being out of stock or they are just slammed. I got asked repeatedly about medication I was taking because my doctor submitted for 10mg’s and 20mg’s so they treated it like I was trying to get more drugs instead of getting my correct dose (30mg). They stopped filling the 20mg’s altogether so I had to use the 10mg’s for my whole script and now I’m having an issue with my insurance because I took more than “recommended.” The staff seems overworked and miserable. Go to CVS, at least they answer the phone.

They simply do not answer their phone. Ever. They are always understaffed and the staff they do have are all incredibly rude.

This has to be by far the worse Walgreens Pharmacy. Our Dr called in prescriptions for my husband who has covid at noon and at 6pm we are still waiting. Time to finally pull the plug and go elsewhere.

I hate to give them even 1 star, but the pharmacy is the worst, the actual pharmacists like to dictate what they will and will not fill, they make you feel as though they think you are drug seeking when infact you have been taking the same meds prescribed by an ACTUAL DOCTOR for years and had them filled there. This pharmacy is a joke

I will not shop here again and it’s right on my corner. The floor managers are rude and not helpful at all. It took us 25 minutes to check out for just a few items. Never again!

If you think you can get your prescription filled/refilled here It's a mistake! Their phone, and online system is sucks because prescription status is inaccurate, you may end up waiting week and hear it could take few weeks. So it would be better for you to look elsewhere.PS: it's not about current drug shortages, it's about Walgreens...
