They were friendly enough, but their prices are absolutely astronomical. They wanted over $600 for the rear brakes! Oil changes and other routine maintenance items are similarly expensive. I'm accustomed to paying a little more for dealership service, but that's way out of line. Nevermind that I've had an open recall on my car since May and VW still doesn't have a fix for it in the middle of October. That's very discouraging. When I shop for my next car, VW will not be on my list of places to go.

Mike Gregerson is wonderful at getting my car in and out very efficiently. I am very thankful he is there to help and answer any questions I have. I do not live close to this dealership as another one is closer. I use Suburban as Mike is so helpful and the dealership is wonderful standing by and always willing to help me. I am also impressed that the salesman, Clarence, who sold me my car recognizes me and always comes over to say hi and ask how everything is going. Awesome dealership!Service: Oil change

Always professional and understanding of the situation. I called and explain my coolant system was needing attention. I thought I only needed a top off of coolant turns out the whole system needed replacing BUMMER but then the repair was under warranty and I drove a loaner for a few days AWESOMEService: Air conditioning

I originally purchased an id.4 from Volkswagon of Troy which is where I tried to take it in for a recall repair. They were woefully unorganized with the rollout which I attribute some of it to VW of America. I was finished with their runaround and began calling other dealerships.Kevin in service not only got me booked for the repairs but also kept me informed about the status of them as well. He was sympathetic, very communicative and genuine. I will absolutely be switching dealerships to Farmington Hills because of him.
