I just wanted to start off by saying that my dog (Kane) and I appreciate the care that we have received from my new animal hospital. I purchased a German shepherd back in May of 2024, and I was introduced to VCA Animal Hospital. The location I received my pet from the doctor would go there on a very weekly basis and perform testing. Once I purchased my puppy and I set up a visit for the vet, the doctor said, "I remember him. I remember your puppy." Each time I arrive, the doctor and other staff treat me and my pet as if I am part of their family. Each time a shot or any testing is done, the staff ensure that there is no question before they proceed to do their job. The doctor that I am referring to is Kiersten Vala. Dr. Vala is also very accurate with the information that she passes along. For example, I asked her what my pet should weigh during his next visits to the facility, and she gave me an exact answer. When I came back for an appointment, my dog was the exact weight of which she said he should be. I can say Dr. Vala and VCA is the best animal hospital I've gone to, being a dog lover and residing in Michigan. I have absolutely total confidence in the staff at VCA. I called the office a few months ago with a concern, and the office was very good about calling me during the next few business days to get an update about any concerns that I've had. I really do appreciate the care for my pet; I will continue to go here until they go out of business. I can continue on about what I have to say, but I believe I spoke on the main points.
