EDITED. After such a great experience in the store I am very frustrated now. Both phones that I upgraded had mobile protection put on them and I never ever do that so I know I did not agree to it even if they tell me it was in the small print. Secondly, I was charged in the store for the activation fees, in store fees, and Chargers yet on my bill I am charged again for an upgrade. Seriously? Thirdly, I believe I have received a refurbished phone when it was not represented to me as refurbished. ( so not an upgrade for sure). This phone's battery continues to get super hot with very little use, and drains very quickly. In my past experience this happens with phones that are a few years old. Even if that's not the case and it is a brand new phone there is no way this should be happening on a new phone. Either way it is a problem I do not have time to deal with. So I have to rescind the following review that I originally posted: I could not have had a more pleasant experience with Namon AKA Narmu AKA Roger haha. I was able to transact all my business and even though transferring everything over takes a while I was in great company and actually enjoyed myself. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

BEWARE 3rd party scammers!!!!! They make all their money on getting you to add a line or upgrade, told me I needed to buy out my phone contract, or start a new line, or use an upgrade, and pay a activation fee to activate a MANUFACTURE WARRANTY REFURBISHED REPLACEMENT. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go the corporate store in novi. There i got my replacement activated in 5 mins at NO COST...

Went to this location to purchase a new iPhone in March. Average overall costumer experience until the sale person told me I had to take and receive a Wistron Verizon Receiver as part of the iPhone promotion deal.I said “no” repeatedly and declined taking the receiver because we are happy with current service provider and also we don’t have a Verizon tower in our area (Verizon later verified this).Despite saying “no” several times the sales person he said- he had to send it to our house for a 30 day trial.” Again I declined. It arrived to our house a week later.It’s mid April and I am still trying to return this device and Verizon has posted a 500$ charge to our account and tried to bill us for this service. We have spent at least 3 hours on the phone with Verizon costumer service reps to return this router and each person has told us a different policy/practice. I would not recommend this store to anyone after such a deceitful experience. Don’t go here- very distrusting sales people.

Namon was very helpful with our phone plan! We had to switch back from an international plan to a more affordable one. He made the process seamless and was very efficient when working with 5-6 other customers at the same time. Very professional, and good sense of humor too.

I would highly recommend this Verizon location. Nick, the manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable and had good control of customers as they came in. The other tech that assisted me (sorry I can’t remember his name) was also very efficient, helpful and pleasant to work with.

Ralph was helpful and very knowledgeable. I was addressed as soon as I entered the store. My order was ready for pickup and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Ralph really made the process easy.

Worse store and worse customer service. They always give us prices and the bill comes higher. They did that twice with us. Also they are very slow and unprofessional and there is a guy there always says I do not know for any question we ask.
