Rob, Ben, and Jordan are all amazing workers, I came in early in the morning with battery problems, something small it turns out and they diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes and treated me super kindly, did not overcharge me for small work and I will definitely be coming back, love the atmosphere and the professionalism while still maintaining great relationships, can not rave enough about these guys

I visited Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe for an oil change today, and it was my first time there. I have to say, it's a solid 10/10—highly recommended! The service was outstanding, and I left very satisfied. Not only was the process quick, but they also took the time to explain everything they were doing. They even fixed my tail light and gave me helpful advice on winter car maintenance. If you're in the Farmington Hills/12 mile area and need an oil change, this is definitely the place to visit!

The mechanic Jordan was so helpful and informative. I was told my steer pump needed replaced but Jordan told me it was the fluid. He save me a lot of money. Btw the other mechanic was professional to.They gave excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable.
