Tutor Time is an exceptional place full of exceptional staff. I would recommend sending your child here for daycare. My kid went here the first 5 years of life and we owe so much of my child's social/emotional/academic development to the teachers and staff at Tutor Time. My child was so prepared for Kindergarten, and we have Tutor Time to thank for that. Communication is fantastic, and they leverage technology to stay in constant communication with parents. I always felt safe sending my child to Tutor Time. Also, management is very attentive and they take any concern seriously and they will address the situation if that is what's needed. The teachers go above and beyond to make it an awesome experience for the kids, and their love for the kids really shows.

Our little guy has been going to Tutor Time since he was 4 months old and while it is never easy to leave your baby in the care of someone else, the infant room teachers are outstanding. It was very obvious from day 1 that they care for the babies and we don't have enough words of appreciation for them. They are always happy to chat with us at drop off or pick up and their communication on any new milestones he has accomplished is always shared and celebrated with us.We love that they utilize an app for updates on eating, diapers, naps and to send pictures and videos throughout the day! The cherry on top is having access to his classroom livestreaming where we can check in and see what he is up to whenever we want.He is getting ready to move up to the next classroom and while we are sad he wont be with Ms. Adrian and Ms. Kristyn every day - he has visited his new room multiple times before he will completely transition and parents were also able to attend a Meet the Teacher night. As a first time mom, I couldn't have asked for a better facility for my son, it seems that no matter who we pass in the hallways during the day, they know my son by name and are always happy to say hi and interact with him. We can definitely tell that he loves his time at daycare.

We feel incredibly lucky to have our baby enrolled at Tutor Time. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in the right place. The team here is truly exceptional, and they have gone above and beyond to provide a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for our little one.Ms. Whitne's leadership and dedication are the heart and soul of this daycare. She has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we couldn't ask for a more caring director. She always takes the time to address our concerns and provides invaluable support.Ms. Brittany is the first friendly face we see each day. Her welcoming smile and helpful nature make drop-offs and pick-ups a breeze. She's truly the face of the daycare!Ms. Kaela & Ms. Conchatta have been wonderful caregivers to our baby. Their patience and attentiveness have made the transition to daycare incredibly smooth. We must give a special mention to Ms. Conchatta, with whom our baby shares a unique bond from day one. Her nurturing and caring nature is deeply appreciated. The toddler classroom teachers Ms. Julia, Ms. Abby, Ms. Ameenah & Ms.Katelyn & Kalyn are fantastic. They keep our little one engaged and stimulated with creative activities, and it's evident that they genuinely care about the children's development. We'd like to extend our gratitude to the daycare's chef for their dedication to providing delicious and nutritious meals. Our baby's dietary requirements have always been met, and it's reassuring to know our child is well-fed and happy. In summary, we are overjoyed with our experience at Tutor Time. This facility is more than a daycare; it's a loving, extended family that we trust wholeheartedly. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our baby receives here.Thank you all for the exceptional work you do, day in and day out. We are truly grateful!

Please be careful of this location. We sent our child here a few years ago. And to this day, she still brings up one of the staff members. A Mr. Evan. Mind you, she was only 3 when this happened, and years later she still remembers. She stated how he would sit on top of the kids, yell at them, try to scare them, or threaten to stick them in garbage cans. He would also tell them how a “monster was coming” if they didn’t listen to him. I had tried to address my concerns at the time with the center, and they brushed it off. She told me how he would tell them they would get in trouble it they said anything. My little one has been in summer camps, private school, babysitters, etc. She has NEVER held onto the bad memories she has experienced since this institution. I switched her obviously to a new place, but I didn’t comprehend the impact it would have to this day. Even years later, her anxiety is sky high. At this point, she’s in therapy and im scared to find out how much further things went. One of my biggest regrets, is putting her in this center. And I’m not saying this lightly. They clearly don’t background check as they should. Additionally, they are the type to defend the staff before making sure the kids are alright. Maybe it’s changed, it’s been a few years. But I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t voice my concerns to other parents. Be thorough on the check with this center if you decide to put your little one here. Even ask for the child’s “teacher” name and look them up on social media. You might see potential red flags. If they have nothing to hide, They will be more than willing, Be smart about it, because it can impact your kids years down the line.

We loved Tutor Time of Farmington Hills - Ms. Laura, Ms. DJ and Ms. Becky were all wonderful to our daughter in addition to many others and the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable childcare in the area.

If I can give Tutor Time 10 stars I would. We were really happy about our initial decision to send our daughter when she was first born there. Placing a newborn at 5 months in a day care was not easy but the staff were unbelievably amazing, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Whitney and the staff are all so loving and caring, and my child quickly felt like she was a part of a family. We had another baby shortly after and he also joined at 3 months. We have built a very friendly community within Tutor time, they treat us like family!Tutor time’s response to any small concern a parent has has always been handled promptly and professionally. My kids adore their teachers and it warms my heart to know how much they truly trust them. My son willingly jumps right into Mrs. Laura’s arms as I drop him off.Another thing I truly appreciate is that they recognize my kids as individuals and the other children as well. While they have to teach and nurture the children as a group they each receive their own individualized special attention as often as possible, and my kids grow smarter everyday because of it. They allow the children to grow and learn at their pace and as individuals while providing a wonderfully nurturing structured environment.I also appreciate that they take the extra step to help potty train. More added benefits is that If you have infants the day care provides diapers, wipes and as your infants become toddler they provide them with meals and snacks with thoughts to food restrictions and allergies of course.I really cannot say enough good things about them. I would instantly recommend them without being asked.

One of the best childcare/preschool you could pick for your children! My 2 nephews have been going here since they were 3 months old and love it. Every time I go in to pick them up for the day, I’m greeted with a smile. My oldest nephew has made so many friends throughout the years he’s been here and has so much fun. The staff plans so many fun activities for the kids to do at all ages. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff/management. I definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this school! My children have been attending here since they were about 4 months old and we have loved it! The teachers are like family and truly care for each and every child. I know that my children and in good, safe hands and are learning and developing each day! My kids have made such great friends because they all move up to each class together!

I have had my 2 children at tutor time since they were toddlers. My oldest is in prek and I’m honestly sad to have him start kindergarten next year and leave TT. The teachers in each class have always been so welcoming and amazing, they have a genuine interest in my kids and love them and their little personalities, which has always been a huge part of why I love having them there. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. ♥️

Our son was enrolled for 2 months but probably only attended less than a month due to constant illnesses. He had 3 injuries/incident reports in that amount of time so an average of once a week. He got bitten twice, one time we were watching live on camera and saw it happen, the other time we were told it was our son's fault for pointing his finger at the kid which made him angry and bit him.We liked the teachers and activities but management was horrible. The director was on her way out so obviously didn't care at all, the interim director and assistant were clueless and defensive whenever we tried to bring anything to their attention. Also beware some of the 5 star reviews are written by people that work at the daycare.

My husband and I did the virtual tour here and felt that this would be a good place for our 5-year-old son. This was his first time attending Pre-K. The first day went great. He had fun and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas.Unfortunately, one morning during his first week there, I brought up the camera app so I could check in on him and see how his morning was going. The teachers had their backs to the kids and appeared to be chatting while 3 or 4 boys chased my son, knocked him down to the floor, and kicked him while he was lying there. (Found out later that these boys were upset with him for knocking down something they were building. I agree he shouldn't have done that but It gives them no right to abuse him). If the teachers had been watching the boys, this whole incident probably would have been avoided. I watched one of the teachers walk over to my son. I thought she was going over to see if he was okay since he was still lying on the ground with the boys standing over him. She grabbed him by the arm and forcefully pulled him up off the ground and walked him to go sit in "time out" at the table. She was holding his arm up in an awkward position the entire time she was walking him to the table. The other boys were left to go play. I couldn't believe what I was watching. My husband and I contacted the manager who said she would review the video. They spoke with the teacher about what happened and she basically placed the blame on my son even though she did not see what actually happened because she had her back to the kids and was on the opposite side of the room from them. They did absolutely nothing to address the issue. I was also told that they don't use "time outs".I didn't feel comfortable keeping my son in this preschool because I was concerned for his safety. We unenrolled him immediately. It's sad that my son had to experience this.

My son (6) has attended this summer while school is out. We have had a great experience. The facility is secure and clean, the staff that we have interacted with has been wonderful. He's learning and having a great time with their onsite "field trips". We love the SproutAbout app and seeing the updates throughout his day, it's great to prompt specific questions on our ride home. Miss Trina has been one of our favorite people of the summer. Highly recommend based on our experience these last few months!

If scheduling a tour is an indicator of how this place is ran, then I am glad to have chosen elsewhere! We showed up to our appointment to tour the facility and rang the doorbell twice, no one is at the desk. So I call the number of the program director located in the vestibule only to be told “we typically call beforehand to confirm, so yeah” and that she was in a classroom and can’t come out. Well that would’ve been nice to know IF THEY ACTUALLY CALLED TO CONFIRM before I drove all the way there with my 1 year old. What a way to treat prospective students and parents…
