Stopped in T.J. Maxx to purchase some athletic tape. The price was two dollars less than at the T.J.Maxx in Allen Park. The line moved quickly. Service was pleasant.

This who store of employees about about six of them are just staring at the people actually working two people behind the counter are working. There is a line wrapped around the store and they don't even care up one person and the last 30 minutes and just was on her phone, kept leaving to text made an excuse that she was going to the bathroom when I said something, but I took a picture of her "going to the bathroom" I gave it to for the two employees who were actually doing something and if you don't believe me, don't worry I'm going to post a picture look below or above. I don't know where they put it. lol it was a tall white guy manager, just looked at the line and walked away. Didn't call for any other employees or anything. Had one piece of clothing in his hand for trying to act like he was doing something is TJ Maxx to come to

Not what it used to be. They have their grandfather working in the dressing room. No selection, everything is locked up. It's a thrift shop now...the prices are much too high

I had the worse experience at this TJ Maxx. Not only was I profiled, I was accused of returning a used gift. A Mother’s Day gift (perfume) that was bought on the 12th & I was exchanging it for something I wanted on the 13th (gift receipt in hand). Not only was Sonya & Brian in my interaction with them, racist, they were also rude. That was the most embarrassing & humiliating experience I have ever had in a TJ Maxx. I will make sure I never return there & make sure my family and friends also never go there, or any TJ Maxx for that matter.
A complaint with corporate will be called TODAY!
