could maybe use a store directory or something similar. although you can still ask an employee to help you find which typically helps find the item(s)

My experience today at Farmington Hills was saved thanks to Robert’s assistance. I had a pick up order but I also picked up an item while I was in the store. I went to the pickup line and while I was in line I watched the cashier answer her phone from her watch as if it was not a line of people. Then when it was my turn she went to get my item and did not ring me up for the one item I needed to purchase. She looked at my item on the counter and walked away. I proceeded to check out and tried to complete the purchase myself. I was using a manufacture coupon so I had to wait on an associate to come and get the coupon. Robert then came to assist me and went above and beyond when the machine froze to assist me with completing my purchase. I couldn’t not remember the older African American lady who was working at the pick up counter, but she has got to learn better customer service skills. I will stick to going to Livonia from now on.

This Target continues to have one lane open plus 10 items or less at checkout. You continously have to wait in one long line. This Target has more red shirt employee's on the floor working. Why not call for back up when this happens.
I even encountered the manager, who helped me, while she was stocking shelves.

Very small footprint that they really need to enlarge but haven't. The size limits the different variety of items with just a row when other Targets have a couple. Still looks like it did when I stopped here in the 1990s. Does still have a Pizza Hut and CVS in it. (I got my COVID booster so that was why I stopped. Neighborhoods near are too nice to not to have a more updated larger store.

I’m sure it’s corporate policies and not necessarily the staff (hopefully) but the checkout lanes are always atrocious at this location. Consistently there are long lines at both the self checkouts and cashiers. Today I went at 8 pm to grab a few things and only 1 cashier was open with no self checkout open. Meanwhile staff is observing the long line doing other things in the register area, but not opening additional registers. This is extremely inconsiderate to the customer and many gripes were heard in line.

Still too small compared to other ones around this area and there is room to make it bigger. Still looks the same from when I shopped here in the 1990s except it has a grocery area. It still has its CVS and pizza hut food stand along with the Starbucks which others have lost. But the space is so limited that where others have a section it has just part of a row. Service has always been friendly and fast. I drive past here most evenings after work, but still go to others on my days off. Too nice of a neighborhood for a sucky Target. If it was for my COVID booster appointment, I would have not come.

This used to be my go to target. But recently they NEVER have the self checkouts opened and only one lane for every customer. Lines get ridiculously long and in my 20 minute wait, I see employees just walking around and talking. Not the move target should've made.

Never enough people working the registers. There were 4 associates stocking shelves in the makeup aisle and no one working the registers. This location always seems poorly managed
