Never enough people working the registers. There were 4 associates stocking shelves in the makeup aisle and no one working the registers. This location always seems poorly managed

I went to find some board games for neighborhood's day. I did not find the things that were supposed to be stocked so I picked up a few extras things too. After leaving I noticed two items rang incorrectly. I needed to return something and explained to Pam that afew items rang up the wrong price. She ask about the day the item went in sale and I explained that I was referring too the shelf pricing. She never said another word just stared at me, she processed my return without resolving the other issued so I had to return the items. When she saw me she never said another word just did they return. I won't be back.

This target has to be literally one of the worst targets in the area. For starters, they rarely have cashiers working so there is almost always a line of 10 or more people waiting for self scan. If we have to self scan AND wait 30 minutes to do it, the customer should get a discount. Also, the produce stock needs serious attention. This place has gone downhill.

Love target so much. I come here just to get out of the house sometimes. Walk around checking out what awesome things I can get on clearance. Always a good selection.

What is happening at this Target!?!? Ran in to grab some toothpaste real quick and they were out of my brand. No big deal, grabbed a comparable brand. I get accosted by a lady who wants me to switch my phone service and won't shut up about it. By the time I get to the check out I'm in line with a young woman being rung up by Sandy. I'm minding my own business and all of a sudden Sandy starts talking about he mother and sister dying and getting a colonoscopy all the while ringing the lady up REALLY REALLY SLOWLY. Maybe focus on what you're doing instead of talking about who or who we may not "see again in heaven" her words. Turn up the professionalism please.

I feel like this Target has really low reviews and they try really hard. Compared to the other local Target they have a bit less in stock . This is an older store and it takes me the same amount of time to drive to the Target in Commerce . They are doing a great job whenever I do the online order pick up inside or outside they are by far the fastest Target and the employees are friendly! The beauty counter here pales in comparison to let Novi target and they have less groceries, But I feel like it is worth coming for the customer service a bonus is there are a few other stores in this plaza.

I have used the drive up service since Covid. The employees that bring out and load my online purchases have been most courteous-every time. I have tried to tip them but apparently they're not allowed to accept tips. That policy should change!

Target does not enforce their mask rule. I was in the store for about 45 minutes and kept running into the same young couple where the woman was not wearing a mask. I finally told an associate about it and she spent 20 seconds trying to find them then said if she saw them she'd say something. This couple must have passed at least a dozen Target workers, who completely ignored the maskless woman. I have a daughter with MS and grandchild with cancer, I cannot take chances at stores with cowardly standards. I've shopped at Target for almost 30 years, no more. I will boycott them, as will my entire family as this is a very serious issue for me. I'm sure if I stole something their security would be able to find me immediately, not so with anti-maskers I guess. If you are vulnerable to COVID, it is in your best interests to shop elsewhere.

Super helpful in finding a smart watch. I believe Gefforey helped me in the electronics sections. He helped me pick out the right one and walked me up to the front register to easily check out. Loved the positivity and help!!

I wanted to pruchase some greeting cards there weren't any envelopes to fit the actual cards. I noticed a good amount of the cards had none. This is not the first time this has happened. I don't have time for a scavenger hunt!!!!!!

This store was my go to before the Walmart opened closer to me a few years ago. It's usually clean and well stocked. I really like the clearance section. There are some good finds there. Some times there's a line so the self check out is a plus. Recently, I ordered a dress online for my sister. It was shipped to the store free of charge, and the pick up process was a breeze.

First, let me just say that I love Target as a brand. But although this is the closest Target to me, it's not why favorite. They just need to work on getting the store in order a little more. Customer service could be better and maybe have more cashiers on hand to allow for shorter lines. Bathrooms could also be kept up a little better.

This review is for the CVS pharmacy located in this Target store. I could not pull up the pharmacy listed as CVS. But I was able to speak with a pharmacist on the phone. I needed a DME pharmacy (Durable Medical Equipment) in order to get my prescription filled and covered by my insurance. The pharmacist told me that they were a DME pharmacy. But the next day when I called about the prescription, the pharmacist on duty told me that my insurance company would not allow them to fill the prescription. I asked why. I couldn't get a straight answer. I asked (again) whether they were really a DME pharmacy. The pharmacist said that they "usually" can fill DME orders. So I asked a third time whether they are a DME pharmacy. Again I got a no-answer answer. I think these guys try to get away with filing DME orders but maybe they are not a DME pharmacy. So I placed the order elsewhere.

I was astounded by the customer service I received from a young cashier named Amanda. I had trouble finding the special formula I needed for my foster child. I made phone calls and this target store had what I needed. When I got there my wic card wasn't working right. Amanda tried 4 times without success. I thanked her and said I would make some phone calls to see why the card wasn't working and I left the store. As I was putting the children into our car, Amanda came running out of the store and said "I'm so glad I caught you." I replied "Oh is the machine working now?" She stated "No, but the lady in line behind you and I want to buy the infant formula for you, please say yes, we really want to do this." After hearing her reasons I agreed. And went back into the store. Not only did Amanda and Sandy (the woman in line behind me) purchase the needed formula, Sandy suggested that I go get more formula. I said they had both done enough. I was grateful for their kindness. However they insisted, Amanda ran back and brought back all of the formula (that I use) that was left on the shelf. These two beautiful women deserve much more than five stars on YELP. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS THEM BOTH. I later found out my card wasnt working because target doesn't accept wic. This was truely a God thing. My little family was most blessed by Amanda and Sandy.
