Mr. Harold was the main reason I liked this dealership. He was very caring, friendly and let me test drive different cars. I was happy with my purchase and I have used their service center ever since we purchased the car. I like the way they send out video of the car and ask for permission to work on different things. I didn’t feel pushed to do any service that I didn’t want to. I also like that they wash the car before handing it off after each service.

This is my 2nd Vehicle from Suburban Mazda! Let me first start with my loyalty goes with who brings the best deals!
I contacted Suburban Mazda to test drive the cx-50, I owned a 19 cx5 and loved her outside of the white leather ?. I was contacted by Courtney G and she was quick and efficient in getting set up for the test drive.
I went in Wed 8/28, Tested the cx-50 and did NOT love it as I hoped. Feeling a bit disappointed Courtney and I discussed any deals they might have had on a 24 cx-5. I wasn't desperate for a new car and asked that she forward some deals.
My 19 was a Grand Touring so I wanted another car on that level. Well Courtney came through!! Before I know it I was back at the dealer making a deal on a '24 and BOY did they give me a great deal, great trade on my 19 as well!
I walked out extremely happy! I do not like high pressure sales. I will walk instantly and Courtney was anything but that!! She was informative. And I could tell she was working for my sale!
The Finance Mgr Michael was a pleasure to deal with and got us hooked up with great financing and smooth process.
I don't know the Gentleman's name of who assess my car but he was a pleasure to deal with as well and I felt gave me an honest appraisal on my trade in!
I wasn't anticipating buying a car Wed as we were headed out of town for the holiday but this dealership worked to earn my business and I'll definitely look at Suburban again and definitely would refer anyone to Courtney and this team!

Wow, what a great experience we had purchasing our new Mazda CX 50 Meridian from Suburban! We were quickly greeted by Blake, (Manager) and he helped to pick out the right vehicle trim package that would be best suited for our needs. He patiently spent as much time as need to ensure we were not rushed throughout this process. Let me add that at any point there was not an ounce of pressure, that coming from myself who has been in sales for 45 years plus. This was very impressive to us. Once we made our decision, we were guided to Michael, their very friendly and experienced Finance Manager, who then carefully guided us through our payment options. This was also a very smooth process. We were graciously helped along the way from Desmond, their Brand Specialist, Derek, their Pre-Owned Manager, even though this was a new car purchase and Dennis in their service department who assisted in some technical questions. I would highly recommend this dealership and all staff for such a wonderful experience, buying our first new car purchase in 11 years. Thank you Blake and Suburban staff for such a pleasant experience. The Mannings.

Salesmen know how to sell, buyers (usually) know the product that they want to buy. The more knowledgeable the customer, the easier the sale. This dealership has an assortment of brands and models, sometimes rare. Do your homework… find and test drive… you might find it here.

Prioritization of my cars issues is key for me, as I don't have unlimited funds for repairs. All repairs repairs are completed in a timely manner and at a competative price.
