Cody was awesome. He was able to get me what I needed quickly and efficiently. He was super nice and open. He gave me the time I needed to make decisions without breathing down my back like I had at other dealers. I would highly recommend.

I enjoy coming to Suburban Honda thanks to the friendly and courteous and prompt environment it has. Everyone is professional, polite, helpful and/or willing to help, even if issues come up or a problem has been found with a vehicle, etc. I find that the service staff is always willing to go out of their way to help assist and Bob was great. He helped me with an issue I had with my car that I was hoping to resolve as it was within warranty and he was able to have all the parts and communicated with me frequently with status updates and had my car washed so it looked brand new again. The staff here is stellar and they will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied, this is my second car from here and I am sure not my last!

The service team at Suburban Honda are top notch. For more than 10 years now, they have kindly kept me safely on the road. I feel welcome and respected there no matter how small the maintenance issue is. Their skill and sincerity mean a lot to me, especially as a woman who remembers the atmosphere at mechanic shops in the 1970’s. I enjoy seeing these guys—every time.

I like my dealership. Service lane manager greets you & listens attentive to the reason of your visit. I know Honda service guys will do their best to fix the issue. It has been confirmed during my recent visit. I have my car back & happy with it again.

I needed an oil change and the service advisor I spoke with let me know they were very busy. I didn’t have an appointment, so he told me to come back the next morning and that they would fit me in. When I came back, they got me in right away, and I was only there for a short period of time. He was very professional and friendly and will definitely go back.
