In September we brought our 2018 Pacifica for a warranty covered repair. We still had two weeks on the warranty, but the dealership could not take our car until four days before the warranty expired. We were assured this would not be a problem. They made a repair, but we were told that the issue damaged the spark plugs, which were not covered under the warranty and that it would cost $850.00. We did not think we should pay for this additional repair, so we contacted Chrysler management and were given a case manager to handle the problem. While we went back and forth between the dealership and the case manager, our car was unable to be driven. Finally after one month, in late October, the decision was made that Chrysler would cover the repair cost, since the warrantied part damaged the spark plugs. However, since 30 days had passed, the price went up several hundred dollars, and we were told we had to pay $450.00. That was unfair and so the back and forth phone calls started again. They finally agreed to do the repair at no cost. When we picked up the car, the lights and bells were still going off. We brought it in again. They “fixed” it by re-coding the system. They said they did a test drive and reset an old error code and everything was fine with the car. When we picked it up, on the way home, the bells and lights were still going on. We returned the car immediately. We told them we would be out of the country for two weeks, so they would have plenty of time to fix the problem. We received a message that they did another test drive and they noticed a knocking in the cam/rocker region. It would cost over $1,000.00 to take the engine apart to diagnose it. The actual total repair is unknown at the time. We told them to settle this matter with management, as we were still out of the country. We are home now, they did not fix the problem, and we have not had our car in two months. Our phone messages are not returned, and our problem is not taken seriously. Our dissatisfaction with this service is enough to steer us away from buying another Chrysler. We have two Chrysler cars right now, but I think they are the last. I feel the runaround we were given, going back and forth with the dealership and our case manager, leaving messages, etc. was intentional to wear us out. It has only made us lose trust and confidence in Chrysler.

Stay away from this place.... I got my car from here in January 2023. This place is a joke. 1st the financial guy that helped me was not there any longer. It was a couple months and I never received a bill. When I called the dealership they told me that he messed up my paperwork and I will need to resign. Took almost 2 weeks for someone to send me the new document's. Then they were trying to tell me that my car that I trade in had almost 36,000 miles. Which I have pictures and it only had 33,000 miles. I refused to sign the document until they put the correct milage. Took weeks for a manager to call me back regarding all my problems. Now I need an oil change. I remember the sale guy telling me that any service would be covered and to just text him and he will handle it for me. I went to check my coverage and they are now saying that there is no coverage for this car. Oh they also like to throw away people's keys without telling you that they throw away your keys.

Issue came up with our vehicle that required us to tow to this dealership. So this was our first time dealing with them. The service writer Brandon kept me in the loop and did well communicating with me the issues and was always courteous. The tech, Dave, was amazing. He took time to drive my vehicle around with me to deep dive some issues to ensure he pin pointed some of my problems. Then did an awesome job on the repairs. This dealership is now our ‘go to’ even though there are 2 closer Chrysler dealerships to us.

When dealing with service, get EVERYTHING in writing. They promised to order a part for me under warranty. By the time the part came in, my car was not under warranty. I checked my paperwork - they left off this part from my service write up when the part was ordered. So, I got to pay full cost. Fun times.11/5 update. lol. The owner responded and asked for me to call to rectify the situation. No extension. I called. The receptionist sent me to a voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information. No call back.Unresponsive. What a joke.

Additional charges for a used vehicle I was very interested in and was ready to purchase, were added to my purchase agreement that were not necessary per my loan officer from my Credit Union. 900$ for sealant? The dealership refused to negotiate or remove these charges to close my sale. Needless to say I went to another dealership that did not charge these additional fees the following day and purchased the vehicle I have now, which was a overall better deal. I think I dodged a bullet for sure even though I really liked the vehicle.

A big THANK YOU to Brandon Smith in Service for saving the day! I had used a Hertz rental car and accidentally left my new foldable bike in the trunk. Hertz told me the car was at this dealership. I called and talked with Brandon who found the car, found my bike and held it for my daughter to pick up. She said he was super nice to her when she got my bike. He went above and beyond and I’m not even their customer, Hertz is. He deserves a raise!

I phoned to schedule an appointment, but the person on the call seemed impatient and discourteous. The day before the scheduled appointment, I decided to cancel because I had a negative impression. When I called to cancel, they informed me that the appointment had never been scheduled at all.

I had worst experience of leasing 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. First of all, they ramp up the price so much and then you have to negotiate a lot. Then they took 5 hours just to finish documents. After I leased the vehicle I thought of adding extra protection plan, which I had to visit 5 times and wait for multiple hours each day so the finance guy helps. The manager complains about my review but doesn’t ask his staff to take action or does anything on his end. Please go to different dealership. It was really painful and stressful experience.

I left my car for 3 days to do a checkup (oil change, tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. After 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, but they did nothing about the check up! I missed 3 days at work and I Had to come back another day to change the oil car. Unacceptable! When I talked to the manager, he also said was nothing wrong with that!

I went to this dealership in the past and gave them a good review. But on 9/14/23 I received the worst service and discrimination you could ever expected first on all I was under the impression that service closed at 600 pm didn't know Oil change and the service department was 2 different entities. And the oil change department closes at 500 pm didn't find that out until after the fact from another customer not the service staff I arrived at the service department @ 440pm the staff act like they didn't see me and left me sitting there for 5 minutes a white male pulled up after me and they literally ran to him and cut him right in front of me I felt like because I was a female and African American that's why it happened when I reported the situation then I get help. I'm told this young man I was here for an oil change and tire rotation. He replied oh you have a coupon and can I skip the tire rotation wow you guys blow up my email with these offers and reminders and I respond and now I'm the bad person you would have thought I killed his dog or something. well after that encounter @441pm I noticed my car came back at 459pm wow no free car wash like they normally do, tries don't look like they been rotated I checked my oil stick it's dirty looking oil and none of my fluids were topped off he let my car sitting until 509 pm before he came and got me to make it look like it was still in service what a rip off all they had to say to me was Ms are department closes at 5pm not 6pm like your flyer said I would had gladly came back or set up an appointment it has alway taken them 1hour to change my oil and rotate my tries and they had alway wash all customers cars this is a complete disrespectful and rip off when I check my level it was I quart low and the oil appeared to be dirty I will go to another dealership to verify if the oil filter was changed shame on you woman be aware of this dealership.

Stay away unless you want your time wasted.Went here because family members had decent experiences for multiple vehicles over the last decade. I called in because I was looking for a specific truck. Spoke to a sales guy about the details and he found a truck that fit my needs. Originally priced out the lease nearly $400 dollars more than a couple other dealerships. I almost laughed him off of the phone but when he went to his manager he was able to get it to a reasonable number and was in the box because it was a decent deal...considering I was only there because family. We worked up a deal and put a deposit on file, and they locked in trade in price for my vehicle over the phone. Signed documents via Docusign, and pulled insurance for the truck. Essentially completed the purchase. All of this happened multiple days before I was supposed to take delivery. I went in a couple days before just to take a look at the truck and to test drive it to make sure it was in good shape as I was nearby at the time. Magically the truck that I had purchased was gone and sold by someone else after I completed paperwork...They offered me a demo vehicle that had things I didn't want or need on it. I wanted the truck I originally purchased...so they agreed to find a dealer trade truck, and match my existing deal. Being that this situation was a screw up, the Sales Manager offered to even sweeten the deal with a truck that had nicer features or a lower payment than before. This was agreed upon on a Saturday. The salesman and sales manager told me they'd get an answer for me by the following Monday. I spent the weekend compiling 16 different trucks that I found online and sent to the salesman and sales manager for them to dealer trade for. By Wednesday they had made zero progress finding me a vehicle. Went in the next day and they still didn't even get a response from a single dealer. So I pulled my deposit. They wasted my time and strung me along for over a week and a half. I called another dealership and spoke to their sales manager and described the situation. He found me a truck, blew Suburban's deal out of the water, and gave me more money for my trade in. Took delivery for a new truck less than 24 hours later...which is exactly how business should be done.

Kenny and Tom just made me the deal of the century. They were accommodating, patient, kind, professional, courteous, and 100% wonderful. This was approximately my 20th dealership in 2 days! Kenny took us in, listened, and made it happen! 5 STARS in every category. The best dealership experience I’ve ever had! Thank you for my sophisticated new ride! Go RAM! Christin Terry ???

Purchased a truck from them out of state and at first they seemed very helpful. The moment I sent the money to buy the truck the communication from them almost stopped. They misrepresented the vehicle and when asked what mechanical repairs it needed they mentioned a small exhaust leak but other than that it ran great. The following items needed to be fixed and we're not disclosed to me: exhaust manifold replacement cost $1500. Coil pack and spark plug needed cost $200. Emergency brake needed repair cost $250. Extreme amounts of rust not shown in pictures. Door ajar switch needs replaced. Fusebox needs replaced. None of these items that need repair were disclosed to me as they lied and told me it just had a small exhaust leak. When processing the vehicle title they told me they would get it switched into my name but one day it showed up at my house with no explanation and no callback. Luckily I was able to get the title switched into my name in my state. STAY AWAY I will be calling the state of Michigan to complain about this dealership. The only positive thing was the truck sale price was lower than average but with all the repairs I've had to make I didn't save any money.

We worked with Jake Williamson and had an amazing experience! He did everything he could to take care of us and we’re actually paying less for more milage and a more upgraded vehicle because of incentives they were able to apply! Very professional, would highly recommend!

Review is in regards to service. I have bought a couple vehicles from here and had a decent experience with sales, but service seems to have gone down hill.I brought my vehicle in for an appt. for the check engine light on. I planned to wait in the waiting area since that is nice for me to be able to get work done there, but I was told it could not be looked at on the day of the appt. This was not overly terrible, but not what I planned for a seemingly minor service visit. However, after that, 5 business days went by and they had yet to bring the car in to be looked at. So, I just picked my car up at that point.Further, it is very tough to get a hold of service dept. on the phone. I'm only one customer, but will go somewhere else for my next car for more reliable service.
