Fantastic as always! Chelsea and John are just wonderful! So friendly and helpful! I always get my garden supplies here you won't be sorry! I have the most beautiful hibiscus bushes that come up yearly, a giant lavender that is phenomenal ? the best herbs and my favorite black flowers. House plants Fantastic! Give them your business you will love it there!

We wanted a nice dogwood tree to honor a family member. We were treated well, all questions were asked thoughtfully, and we now have a beautiful healthy tree. The personnel who actually planted it were a joy to watch. I can understand why it takes time to get an appointment for landscaping projects, as the care and attention you'll receive is definitely worth the wait. Make an appointment and bring your ideas, Lynn and the staff will be sure to help plan something beautiful!

The flowers are beautiful, unfortunately the customer service by phone and in person wasn’t so great! The ladies were wonderful, the young man who assisted me…not so much. Will not go back

Terrible management service. The company I work for requested prices for plants and the owner refused to send an email giving the prices of the plants requested. Very unprofessional. This company does not value their clients.

Walked around looking at all the beautiful plants but not one out of many employees working there acknowledged that I even existed. Not a hello not a good morning not a can I help you, nothing. I guess it’s ok to go here if you know exactly what you want or a landscape contractor. Maybe I’m just old fashion??♂️. Side note. Great outdoor parking lot nursery just up the road at 9 mile and Farmington. The ladies there are very nice and helpful. Better prices too ??

Ok, so I’m a guy. I can barely pick out a matching outfit for myself. So walking into a nursery and trying to figure out what I should get, what goes with what, and how big each thing gets, sunlight, etc., was already giving me a headache and I’m still only in the parking lot. Since they had plenty of workers on the floor, I grabbed one for help. Beth asked to see a picture and I showed her the garden area that had nothing in it. She had a blank slate to work with. Within 5 minutes she had a rough sketch of the area, x’s of where each plant and a tree should go, and the name of each plant by each x. She then had an associate personally take me to each one on her list to pick out the best one. I came home and planted exactly where each one was x’ed to go, and I now have one of the prettiest gardens in the neighborhood! Thanks Beth for going above and beyond helping me! I really recommend this place to all the people out there who would be just as helpless and hopeless on their own like I was.

We have gone there for years to buy our Concolor Fir for Christmas! Family owned and very friendly and helpful! Enjoy what they have to offer! Got a beautiful wreath with a huge beautiful bow!

I absolutely love Steinkopf and have been a customer for at least a decade. Beth and John are experts in regards to plants, trees & shrubs. I can bring in a leaf of plant in and they can tell me exactly what I need to do, fertilize, treat, water or do nothing bc the plant is fine. Brent had helped me so many times over the years and he is the sweetest person, so patient.... will take you out to wherever a tree may be and all over the property as you change your mind. If he doesn't know an answer to your question he will go find out for you. I prefer to have him help me because he is always so nice. Steinkopf offers some of the most unique trees and shrubs and is always my go to nursery when I am looking for something unique for my property. Hands down they are the best compared to other nurseries because they are so knowledgeable.
