I purchased a coffee at Starbucks on Saturday, only to discover an unexpected charge for steaming my cream. When I called the manager today to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. It seems they are now charging extra without reason, possibly due to losses elsewhere. Disappointing to see such changes impacting loyal customers negatively.

There was an employee named Malcolm here and I have to say he was absolutely rude and horrible. He was working the drive through and opened the window did not say a word I said hello he rolled his eyes and I said thanks he looked the other way, he was the worst person I have ever met at any Starbucks. He needs some more

Painfully slow service every time. Unbelievable how long they take even when the store is empty. You can place a mobile order 20 mins ahead and you’ll still have to wait for a black coffee. Parking lot is a mess too.

The rudest Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. Their attitudes are horrendous & it is unacceptable. Terrible service & they will almost always mess up your order & then get mad at you when you tell them that your order was made wrong. Skip this location!!!

Ordered on the app, it gave an estimated time for drive thur pickup. The line was long so I decided to join. By the time I got to the speaker it had been 8 minutes from my order time. Estimated pickup time had already passed. While giving my name at the speaker a rude woman came on and yelled “you need to order 10 minutes in advance next time.

So after multiple incidents, I can confirm that this is the slowest Starbucks. There is no way order AHEAD drinks should come out 20-30 beyond the estimated pickup time. If staffing is an issue, cut the hours of the hours of the location, or maybe adjust the wait times on the app? I’ve never canceled an order or requested a refund until today; and I visit Starbucks 5/6 times a week. I’ve been going to this location for about 3 weeks now (across the street from my job) and have witnessed others cancel their order/request a refund due to an extremely long wait time. I will admit that the drinks are always made perfectly….. I just can’t sit around and wait 20-30 minutes for a cup of coffee, especially after placing an pickup on the app.Also I did see the gnats flying around the pickup bar too, which was gross.

If you love waiting in drive thru for more than 40 minutes for your order, then this is the place for you! Do you love being asked for a tip after waiting over 40 minutes for a simple order, then look no further as this is the Starbucks for you!I'm never going to this location again because I don't like waiting over 40 minutes for a single order. Go to a different location. They need to hire at least 4 more people per shift. There were 2 high school/college kids running the drive thru and they were so slow because of this. I ended up being late for an appointment.

Terrible service. Slow, employees were fooling around, if you want to get your order expect to wait more than 20 minutes for your drink even if you order ahead of time. Employees even had attitude if you look for your order. Choose a different

Sign on the door says we close at 5:30p. My daughter ordered on the app and they would not let us (or several other customers in to pick up/order drinks). We called and the phone line was busy. They took the phone off the hook? Bad business/customer service!

Shout out to Kahron! This guy has some top notch people skills. My husband and I came in late to pick up our drinks and Kahron was attentive to our drinks, offered to remake one. He was totally on top of the details and just overall the highlight of our day.Starbucks, this guy is a rockstar!
