I’m gonna actually give this place zero stars, it’s so poorly ran that the number to call doesn’t even work ?♂️ I just over charged for a pack of cigarettes and before I could say that isn’t the right price after I tapped my card an he displayed it after. Mind you I go here from time to time to get cigarettes & nothing else. They are the same price every time except this time. This was already my last stop place, literally would only go here if everything else was closed. Now I’m just gonna drive across the street to Marathon hassle or not. These guys are thieves in gas station clothes smh. It’s the same guy I called out for over charging me on 2 monsters, the sign clearly says 2 for $5 what’s he do? Rings them up as if they were separate almost coming out to $7 & it isn’t the money, it’s the principle. They need to be shut down or bought out. Poorly ran operation up there. All the positive comments on here I see are all fake accounts. I stopped going here for a few months, me & my nephew use to spend a lot of money there but I’m done going. Everyone who reads this, don’t even pick this place as a last option. I’d rather go without from now on. & I’ll be calling Newport to let them know about it as well. Disgusting ways of thinking they have there, they wonder why the parking lot is ALWAYS empty lmao

Clean, nice workers and lots of drinks and snacks to choose from. I'm deducting a star because the bathrooms are on the outside. Always a bad idea.

Not only is it the most expensive around for gas needs, but 2 for $4 pops shouldn’t total out to $4.40. 20 cent deposit on each? Or if it was tax (null on food products) it would be $4.44. Switch and bait gas station. Maybe I’m paying a premium for each being on the incredible corner of grand river and haggerty

No pumps work, no signs saying so either. Tried 5 different ones before leaving. The listed phone number doesn't work either. Get gas across the street and save yourself the time.

Extremely poor customer service. Car was codes weren't working, made me go watch a video to see if I did. Amazingly enough they dont have any footage. Imagine that. They then offered me 2 car washes of the ones I bought that dont work. Told them not to bother....i hope 19.00 helps them sleep better at night. What a joke!!!
